Tim the so called General Manager was very Rude and belligerent to me. First of all im guessing seconds after placed my order they cancelled it. After I placed my order I went back to being attentive to my kid, once I returned to my phone I had two missed calls not knowing the number I returned the call. It ended up being pizza hut. The first young man didnt even have a clue as of what I was asking him and then he passed the phone to this you lady. ( no one has mentioned a name at all) she got to talking and goes yeah I called to tell you I cancelled your order im like what why. We dont deliver over there im like why she says we just dont. Im like nawl thats not cool somebody needs to do some about this she like it aint nothing we can do we already refunded you your money and it should take one to three business days before you get your money back im like oh heck no. This was my last $20 to feed my kid. I had just dropped my car off at the shop to get it fixed today so I ordered food. And for you to tell me I can't get my food and I gotta wait to get my money back noooooo. So she was like wanna speak to my manager I said yes cause this was redundant and I couldnt believe it. So Mr. Tim gets on the pbone and as I explained to him my situation was uncaring and inconsiderate talking about its there policy and im steady asking WHERE IS IT IN YOUR POLICY. That is no were in the policy that you do not deliver in my area thats just something at your discretion. You should display that on your websites before people pay there money online. I just moved here how was I to know y'all dont deliver here after dark. Should put that on display. I've been a loyal customer to pizza hut for 6 yrs and this is worst service ever. Read moreMy order was incorrect and when I tried to call I got put on hold three times and hung up on twice. Still they don't have the information about fixing my order. I tried to go online and despite ordering online, they act like they have no idea what my order information is and then I'll get a response in one to three business days. Okay well I would kind of like my order resolved today since I ordered it today. Keep in mind, even if it's a small amount of money they are holding on to other people's money without delivering a service, and it's a huge corporation, so they're earning interest on it. The second time that I got through to a person I said. "Can you please just help me. You put me on hold before for almost 10 minutes. I need my order fixed with a refund or a redelivery," and they just transferred me and then hung up on me after I waited on hold again. Read moreHad an awful experience. Arrived at Pizza Hut 5 minutes before my pizza was supposed to be ready for pickup. When I got out of my car I immediately heard screaming and cursing as 3 men were extremely upset as their order of over $100 was apparently missing or not delivered. The front end was a complete mess, three employees all just arguing with the same customer over this dispute in a completely unprofessional manner meanwhile 5+ other customers including myself and door dasher drivers all waited before anyone even acknowledged us. My pizza was not ready for over 30 additional minutes PAST my expected pickup time. During this entire timeframe I never was greeted or acknowledged and another customer had to point out that I waited longer than them to even get asked for my name or order number. Once we finally got home an hour after placing the order (original ETA was 19 minutes for a thin crust pepperoni), we realized they gave us the completely wrong pizza and we just ended up throwing it away and going to Taco Bell.
