Asian Gourmet — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I stopped in for the first time recently and will not return. I ordered Cashew Chicken and asked that a couple of ingredients be excluded. I repeated the exclusions to ensure I was clear. I elected to dine in which was not a good choice. The dining room is nothing more than storage space for to go supply boxes. No service in dining room. No water or tea, just expensive bottled drinks. The food was dropped in front of me in a styrofoam container. The two ingredients I asked be excluded were there in abundance. I spent several minutes picking them out. There were very few pieces of chicken or cashews. The entire experience was a huge disappointment. The food quality was poor. There are way too many good Asian restaurants in the area to ever return here. I also witnessed three customers that came in while I was there and they were each treated rudely. One lady asked a simple question and the clerk reprimanded her for not reading the menu....

So far have not tasted the food yet, but the owner I think wanted to charge for everything. They were rude when I asked the questions. I know some times that the customers services sucks, but the food may be great. Will let you know,. I got an egg roll and sesame chicken (which by the way doesn't come with rice) I ask for small noodles( I thought were chow mein noodles (that was on the menu), the said it wasn't. but i will research that. I wanted sweet and sour sauce to eat with my egg roll and wanted to charge me $0.50 additional. 2nd review will be on the food.. From some of the reviews I read after ordering, I am very scared I just wasted my money.

Bad service, bad advertisement, and poor business etiquette. I was excited to try the food, I ordered shrimp for an up charged price expecting a good amount, but was met with 10 pieces of shrimp, which is fine if disclosed on the menu, but it wasn’t. The people I was with got a plate of 20-30 pieces of chicken, and expecting something close or similar for an up charged price. So unsatisfied, I asked to exchange or something to make it right.
