Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

This was my second unpleasant visit at this location and I will not becoming back to it.. Customer service is not good. Cashiers are not friendly and do not acknowledge you when you walk in. I placed my order Pick 2 Cranberry Apple salad w/ honey mustard dressing & Cali Chkn. Alvacado Flatbread, and Turkey Original Combo. Placed ToGo. The food took a while to come out...20min. from the time I placed my order. 12:30 I placed the order and 12:50 is when it came out. They didn't give me the right dressing for the salad... I asked for hot sauce packets and the guy who prepared the food asked someone to hand him 2 packets and I asked for more he just gave me 2 more. Is there a hot sauce shortage here? I paid $9.55 for my meal and you only feel like I should get 2 packs of hot sauce?! Also the shift Manager (I believe) corrected an Employee at the register.. Unprofessional. make note of it and correct it in the back away for public view. The seating area, register, and drink station was also not very clean at all. Do not order your food from here through delivery apps or in person. Just do not get your food from here period. I cannot believe the manager talked to us the way she did. Blaming everyone but herself and no accountability. Our dasher said she was being ignored and I called to just get clarification on what was going on. She immediately got defensive and an attitude. Ignored me for an in person customer instead of focusing on the customer who was having an issue on the phone. Then came back and blamed the dasher for not wanting to wait and that calzones take awhile. (She didn't provide that info at the beginning when I asked.) Due to the level of unprofessionalism on the phone, I am inclined to believe the dasher over her. Her tone was disgusting and corporate needs to provide her some training. No wonder this place has a 3.7 rating because she runs it. My spouse loves the food, but they heard the way she spoke to me and we will never eat there again. Over the years i have only eaten at Schlotsky's a few times. Now i remember why. This visit the restraunt appeared to be clean and the staff was nice. The service was good. It was after 7pm on a Wednesday and their was not many customers there. Some who came to pick up and online orders. The food well i ordered the '11 combination pizza with a small drink. The drink a long was more than $2.79. The bill was over ten dollars. That was ok but the pizza was not that good. I like their sandwiches better. Maybe i am sounding a little like a cheap skate but i am on a limited budget so i watch the prices but i appreciate good food and dont mind paying the price for it! Oh yeah i mentioned there was not many customers in the store and when i went up to the counter to get a to go box all staff was in the back and they were not coming to the front except when the bell went off from the door.
