I am a teacher and was looking to collect 1/2 gallon milk jugs so that my students could use them as planters in our school garden. I called this location and asked if I might be able to collect the discarded ones they used that day. The girl on the phone said unenthusiastically that they "might have a couple." I asked her if she needed to ask her manager or take my name and she said no and that I could come anytime after 11. I got there in the afternoon and the only person at the cash register was bent over a binder. I had to get her attention and say "hi" first which earned me an annoyed greeting. I explained why I was there and she just stared at me and seemed confused. I had to point to a gallon jug, so that she knew what I was talking about. That is when she said something along the lines of "you mean jugs?" I had accidentally referred to them as cartons, so you can see why that was so confusing. She then proceeded to tell me in her best "you can't sit with us" voice complete with a dramatic closing and opening of her eyes, "Yeah. No. We don't have any." It came across so rudely and caught me so off guard that I laughed! And... that was it... no "I'm sorry who did you speak with?" or "Can we collect some for you tomorrow?" She just stood there and stared at me unsmilingly. Forget customer service, what about just having the common courtesy to speak to someone without a tone of annoyance? I drove down the street to another Starbucks that not only wanted to help, but they offered to call other Starbucks to see if they could work together to get me a jug for each of my students. Wow! What a difference from the experience I...
Read moreWhen I walked in, all of the tables were full. I noticed that the people in the picture had some items placed on the tables on both sides of them. See the coffee and keys on the open table in the picture. They had a briefcase on the table on the other side but I wasn't able to get this in the pricture. I asked if I could sit at one of the tables and the gentlemen was very rude/aggressive and told me they needed their privacy. I told him this is a public place though and he got crazy eyes, so I just let it go before things escalated. In the ladies defense, she seemed very embarrassed by his actions. Luckily another table opened up soon after.
Otherwise, good place for a Starbucks. Nice place to work or visit, clean, nice employees, etc.
2nd review & photo: The 5 gentleman in the photo are taking up all of the tables. There was nowhere else to sit. I stop by occasionally to work remote and almost every time I stop at this location, they have all of the tables hoarded up in the morning. I just happened to still be here when they left and they left this area a mess...chairs everywhere, trash on tables, etc. I guess they can do stuff like this and still sleep at night.
Update: Same group another day, see additional photo, 4 guys taking up...

They made my drink wrong TWICE, even though the label was correct, which I always check before I drink. I let them know, and they promptly remade them. However, when the drink was remade the first time, the barista didn't understand that the drink had the wrong syrup. I said the correct one a few times. Still the wrong drink. When I went back to the bar to get the drink remade AGAIN, someone else stepped in named Tamara. I was made to feel stupid. I was beyond embarrassed, but the drinks given to me the first two times weren't my taste. Tamara poured the milk and pumped the syrups in front of me, again, making me feel like I was stupid. As I watched her grab the syrup bottle, it was different than the one the original barista (short girl with red curly hair) used the first two times. I didn't get a decent apology and was talked down to. Before all of this, I was barely smiled at and had attitude given to me, however the regulars each received a chatty and cheerful conversation.
TLDR: I'm a cashier myself, so on many levels this FIRST VISIT to this location has been horrible. I won't be coming back. I should've asked for a refund, but I felt...
