About 2 years ago, my kids got takeout from this place and it was really good. Since then we've often thought about ordering from here but always decide to go to another place because it's closer. However, I happened to be in the area and thought I'd surprise my wife with a sushi roll. Since I was there, I decided to get something too. I wanted fried rice and believed that's what I ordered. When I got home with the food, my wife asked for some soy sauce and I said look in the bag. She said no, it's really saucy in the bottom. At that very moment I was like "what, fried rice isn't saucy". So I looked at my food and it WAS NOT fried rice. I called back and spoke with an employee named Andrew. He insisted that I received what I ordered. We went back and forth and I asked him if they would fix it, He refused. I told him I was bringing the food back for a refund. He told me they would not refund my money. I then asked to speak with a manager. Andrew then told me there was no manager on site and that the manager was in Dallas. I asked for a number to call the manager and he then told me the manager didn't have a number. I asked one last time of he would make this situation right and he refused again. Yes! I should have checked my order before I left but I trusted that it was correct. That's on me! This experience left a bad taste in my mouth! I will NEVER spend another cent at this establishment! The outside restaurant smells and should have been an instant trigger to say go somewhere else. It's very easy to see why it's never full! They may have a loyal following but I will tell you this... beware of the service! They will not take care of a mistake for you or me, the customer! My intent isn't to damage this businesses reputation but I strongly encourage anyone reading this to consider other options! Thank you Andrew for ensuring that #PanAsia will receive the absolute worst review I can provide; not for its food but for its extremely poor service! I try my very best to provide fair, informative reviews. Pan Asia just earned itself one of my worst, which is typically given to TERRIBLE FAST FOOD...

September 7, 2023 - Not better or worse than last visit. Kinda wish we had our money back đ
JULY 7, 2023 - Food was only ok today, but at least it was ok. The service was uncharacteristically awful. Dining room was empty except for one other table who didn't take their leftovers because they couldn't get the server's attention. Our sushi was cut into an odd number of pieces - a sushi serving NoNo - and our rice pancakes were brought to the table long before our sushi was, so they were cold and fell apart when we made the Moo Shu rolls. She brought us a nasty, sticky bottle of hoisin with our Moo Shu chicken rather than a traditional dish of plum sauce, only one set of utensils, no napkins, and never checked on us after she brought the food. We got our own to-go container because she was nowhere to be found until ShabuShabu went to the register to pay, didn't even drop the bill at the table. This is one of our favorite places and getting service like this here is just disappointing.
JULY 2022- Hot, fresh, plenty to share, affordable on almost any budget. The Avocado Bomb is DELICIOUS.
SEPTEMBER 2020 - In response to another review where the poster was angry about a family of 5 being together before he arrived and throwing off his preference for seating in Covidland, stating the staff was rude -
Mister, I eat at Pan Asia about once a week. The darling little women working in the dining room haven't got a rude bone in their bodies. You declare that no one you know will EVER eat there? Their loss if they listen to you cuz the food here is GREAT. Never mind how self congratulating you are in "trying to help out a small business". Please do those of us who love this place a favor and go somewhere else, Karen, like Panda Express. Pan Asia is doing just fine...
Read moreUPDATE: what is it with this place!!!! Service is terrible at PanAsia! Order wasnât ready when I showed up, I had previously been told that I could have a tea while I waited and asked for one, was told I would be charged a $1 - I questioned the hostess and got reprimanded about how that was the only way they could stay in business. I said I would just include that comment in their review and she went postal screaming about being threatened! She then apologized after talking to someone in the back - because she didnât realize I would write a review. You should treat everyone the same - Assume everyone that walks through the door is writing a review!!! I am really not sure what is going on at this place - one time I am told I can have a drink while I wait, the next I am being screamed at! Unfortunately, the food is good and when I place a large pickup order for my team this place gets requested.... I am going to start looking for somewhere else since they seem to not treat all customers the same!
Previous: Wow!!! Why didnât I know about this place sooner - saw a friend post on Facebook and said it was one of the best they had ever eaten. We have it a try the next day for lunch and the $8 âLargeâ should be called massive instead..... I made 3 meals out of it. I tried the cashew chicken and went back two more times in the same week to get it again, the cashews have a slight sweetness and everything is cooked to perfection! We also tried the moo goo gai pan, I personally donât like the dish anywhere, but my wife said it was the best she had ever had!!!! Service is on point, there when you need them but they donât hover. My only complaint could be that appetizers donât come out before your main course, but this could easily be attributed to the fact that the main course comes out so fast!!! Will be back again, and again,...
