I've been wanting to try this birrieria stand for a long time and Saturday 11/23 was the night! The cooks were very nice and helpful. I had the Platillo de Birria, which contains three birria tacos with rice and beans, and it was Excellent! Probably the best rice & beans I have ever had, and the tacos were phenomenal along with their delicious consome! I also wanted a pepino natural to drink but they weren't serving any on this night. I bet it's really good tho. I can tell these cooks take great pride in using the most fresh ingredients to deliver an excellently cooked to perfection meal to satisfy their guests - when they are present.
