Subway — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I saw a Google Offer for this Subway location recently and thought that I may use it sometime soon. Well today was that day, and I ended up leaving disappointed in the end.

Before going into the restaurant/gas station I double checked the location (the offer is location specific) and I checked to make sure that the offer was still valid (expires April 14, 2014).

Everything checked out on my end so I went inside and asked the associate if I could use the offer during breakfast (nothing on the offer said that I couldn't, but I wanted to make sure if I could). I showed the offer on my phone and she said that I could use it if I printed out the coupon, but nothing said that I had to print it out in the first place.

According to the Google Offer (via the Google Wallet app), all you have to do is show the associate a code (VALPAK1) on your phone (the app states,"Show your phone to redeem").

Hearing that I needed to print the offer, I showed her what the app says about only needing to show the offer on my phone, but she stuck to what she said before so I left confused and picked up breakfast somewhere else.

I just hope the owner/manager sees this post and will make sure that the offer states that a printed coupon is needed or let the associates know that it's ok to just see the offer on a...

I went today 10/25/2023 around 1:30pm or so and the man there was extremely rude. He stated his name was Tyrone but I don’t believe that was his real name but he did not want to take our service and again extremely rude and not professional. Subways should investigate this particular establishment as this is not the first time I heard that this specific location has been rude and dirty. I did ask for the manager which she did try to help the situation but “Tyrone” was still being very outspoken in a rude way I just decided to leave and go to the next closes subway which I had such a wonderful experience. First off never visit this subway, that is stationed in this convenience store. This location is disgusting, i noticed the workers cross contaminating food.
