I went into this location this morning with my child. When we walked in the young lady by the name of Amanda looked up, saw us, didn’t acknowledge us and walked to the back. My first thought was how rude! She didn’t even say good morning or welcome in. So she walked back to the front and still didn’t acknowledge we were standing there and kept doing whatever she was doing. I said to her “Good morning”! Then she finally acknowledged us and said good morning and rudely asked us what kind of sandwich we wanted! Now, if I wasn’t in a hurry and needed this sandwich for my daughter’s lunch before dropping her off, I would have walked straight out! I don’t appreciate being ignored or just having your staff just being plain rude! My 13 year old even noticed her attitude! We left there and went a few doors down for donuts and the experience was like night and day!!!! We were quickly greeted and helped with a smile! I don’t know what Amanda’s problem was this morning, but if you would like to keep customers coming back, you should probably train them on customer service and teach her how to talk to people! Needless to say, there are plenty of subways in the area and I won’t be coming back to this one!!!! I would rather spend my money at places that actually appreciate...
Read moreI'm so upset I'm shaking. I walk in the guy working is making a large order for another guy whose ethnicity appears to be Indian maybe Hindu (apologizes if I said anything disrespectful I'm just trying to describe) I sit down and wait and start looking at my phone.
I hear the guy leave with his sandwiches so I stand and go to the counter, the worker (also of some Indian heritage) refuses to come out from the back and just starts washing dishes. I stand there for a few minutes calling for help, a woman comes in and stands there with me for a sec and we wait. He finally comes from the back and looks at me but pretends I'm not there and asks the lady for help. The lady points out to him that I'm standing right there he might actually want to help me. He rolls his eyes and says what do you need. The lady and myself promptly walks out. I'm going to find whatever I need to find to contact someone about this.
I'm African American, I would suggest if you are as well do not give this location your money. I'm still in shock as I type...
Read moreOrdered a 6" pizza sub, foot long churro and chips. I'm not sure when they made the bread for the sandwich, but it was a little on the stale side. The churro was even worse. Seems like it was made last week as it was almost impossible to bite through a d even when I could it was tough to chew. Come on guys. No wonder you all are losing business to other sandwich shops. I hope this was just a fluke.
Update: 3-16-24 Ordered the same as before for ordering consistency. We'll this time was worse than before. Knocked my rating down to a 2 now. 6" sub was dry as a bone this time. Im also not sure but this time the bread for the sub seemed like it was compressed even smaller. I used to have to take 2 hands to hold a sub. Now-a-days, it's about half the size. It was more like the size of a breadstick. This is pathetic. Churro still tastes as stale as 1 week old bread left out on the counter, super chewy and not fresh at all.
At this rate, they will not last much longer. Taking my business elsewhere...
