Subway — Restaurant in Fort Worth

This is the worst subway on earth. We went 1/23/25 and I'm just now getting to write a review. Everytime I go i regret it so badly. But this was the worst. The meat and veggies had gone bad and I called to inform the employee and she tells me would you like me to make you another sandwich.... I'm like seriously you want to give me another bad sandwich? She did not understand what she did wrong. I asked for a manager so I could get a refund apparently a manager doesn't exist or never comes by. I have called for a month now and I'm usually never Karen on things but this just made me so upset that she couldn't do anything and I ordered 3 sandwiches and they were all disgusting and all she could do was offer to make me another disgusting sandwich. This is the worst subway I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. On each occasion I have gone they never have the Italian herb cheese bread on hand ready. They only have the white n wheat. The most unpopular ones. The worker today even told me when I asked why they never had the Italian herb cheese bread ready that it was the most popular. Do not go here unless you like to eat in a library and be insulated by the staff. My hubby and I were stand in line just talking when a short female employees came up to us and asked if we were in line, and if not, could we take our "argument" outside.
