Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Every visit prior to this one was a good experience but then again I always went inside to order.. today I attempted to order the same thing I always order and let’s just say I was told there is no way I can substitute the lettuce that comes on the food already without paying 40cents.. ( substitute romaine lettuce for iceberg lettuce) to not keep going back and forth with the cashier and the order takeri just say whatever I will just go inside like I normally do bc it’s possible . She hands me what is suppose to be sweet tea. It had a slight brown color to it so without tasting it I show her and say this isn’t sweet tea the cashier turns around and look at the order taker and say she said this isn’t sweet teA and makes the stupidest face as if I can’t tell that something not right with the slightly brown colored drink the preset taker said it’s sweet tea so I take the tea taste it and it taste like pure sugar.. so now I don’t want anything I want my money back and the cashier made the same stupid look which leads me to a bad review good customer service is hard to find... and to be told things that are not true is bad for business.. oh and 20 mins after leaving there I have a headache from hell.. Thanks to those 2 employees who were probably to lazy to make the tea and they are suppose to. Next time I’m calling corporate bc they need to know what the people who are the face of there...

It's literally the worst experience at a fast food. Despite ordering ahead of time, online, I had to wait 30 mins at the store for pick up. While I was there, I saw them deal with frustrated customers with wrong items and wrong orders. My own order, I realized after I got home, was wrongly made. They were definitely understaffed for dinner time. The two staff members I interacted with were not rude but did not have social skills when dealing with wrong orders, etc. I felt bad for them, but when you are paying for food, there is no reason or excuse to condone such experiences. I cannot believe there was a time when taco bell was my favorite fast food, but folks, unfortunately, with a single tear from my left eye that was produced not from my eye, but from the sheer time I had to wait at the pick up counter, I would say taco bell's time has come and...

Went through the drive through after leaving work 8pm 1 car in front of me no one behind me car in front placed their order then pulled to window when I got to speaker I was asked to wait a few minutes no problem I sat there and sat there in the mean time 3 more cars pull up behind me the other car that was ahead of me already got their order and left and still I sat there so I got tired of waiting drove up to the window the young man opened the window told me I said for you to wait now you have to get back in line to order I said no I don’t asked him why am I waiting so long he said I don’t have to answer that question. I will never come to this Tacobell again rude rude no respect to...
