Whataburger — Restaurant in Saginaw

I arrived in Ft Worth at 3:15 am and Whataburger was the closest restaurant open that late/early. I was surprised to see they had several customers at that time. The food was delicious, prepared quickly, and brought to our table, which is unlike most fast food places. The waitress brought a tray with all kinds of condiments when she served our food, asking us what we wanted with our meal. This was a definite step above other burger places. They had a unique menu as well, including a chorizo burger! I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries this time, but I think I’ll have to come back to try the chorizo burger, since I’ve never tried one before, or seen it on a menu ever. So I'd ordered a #16 and #26 and I asked for an extra sausage, I wait in the drive thru for a good minute, I leave and as soon as I get on the highway home I notice they didn't give me the sausage I paid for. I called and spoke to Dan, and I had requested a refund for the missing item so I didn't have to turn back around. He told me he couldn't do refunds over the phone, and I had to bring the food back. How inconvenient. So I turn around and go back and speak to Matthew R. He tells me its company policy about the refund over the phone thing. Fine but he said they had to check the food. Why? To make sure I'm not lying about not getting my extra sausage? I requested my whole order refunded, they wasted food, lost a bit of money and 2 customers. I cant even explain how disgusted I am with this establishment and Whataburger in general for higher such cruel employees. On 07/11/2022 I purchased a breakfast burger combo. I am a on the road contractor so I get something fast in between jobs. I ate the food no problem! Had a large sweet tea! When i am done with my beverage I want to use the cup for water. I open my cup and guess what I seen? A used bandaid with blood on it! I realized it after I had drank my whole cup of sweet tea. I felt so discussed after that. I just drank a beverage from yalls establishment with someones bodily fluids in it and am so out out of words to even say about this!
