Hollywood Burger — Restaurant in Saginaw

To be honest, I don't know why this place is rated so highly walked in the first thing, I noticed it was extremely hot like the AC is out the second thing nobody even greeted us, then I was told that you build your own burger with food, just sitting out and it's hot so pretty sure the food that was sitting out of not cold we ordered a little bit of everything everybody complained that the burger was super small and no flavor and The cheese that they put on there is a super small cheese slice didn't even cover half of the burger the bread was super dry like it had been out all day the grilled cheese barely had any cheese on it and again the bread was super dry the bacon was super thin and to be honest didn't even have a taste the fried pickles I'm not even sure there were pickles in it it was so thin and so greasy all it tasted was like burnt grease everything was dirty and greasy and sticky Then when leaving nobody said thank you for coming just nothing customer service is horrible and the food honestly I'd rather go...

Don’t waste your time if you like good burgers. A burger place should have good burgers period. With that being said. Girl at the front was rude and very short. Not willing to explain the types of burgers on the menu.burger size was well worth it but most bland burger I’ve ever had not much to taste at this point might as well eat at sonic.also I like diet dr.pepper and soda machine didn’t have diet but there was a fridge up front with can diet so I garbed a can just one can and girl at front I thought was going to have a heart attack lol so not only did I pay for a 3 dollar soda that I didn’t use only for ice I was charged a dollar for a can soda. At this point I was just ready to leave it wasn’t about the dollar it was the service and food that was the problem. Only 2 stars because fries were good but not...

I don't give many 5-star ratings. These folks and their restaurant definitely deserve that and more. Hollywood is easy to miss if you don't know it is there. It isn't fancy. BUT....their food is VERY good.

I highly recommend Hollywood Burger on Blue Mound Road just 1/4 mile north of 820. The food at is always TOP NOTCH !!

They do way more than burgers. Catfish, Bulgogi, Dejigogi, and more are FAR better than any other place in town.

The family that owns the restaurant has kept the doors open through COVID. If you go, the service might be a tiny bit slow (they have had to cut back). BUT, they need YOU to come give them a try. The food is definitely worth the 1/4 mile detour up Blue Mound Road...
