First, ordering sucked for the first time at this location... The woman taking our order literally confirmed every order verbally to us but didnt push it on the screen to order so we had to repeat everything... Bri'necia (name on the reciept anyway) was rude as hell, did not say ONE WORD to us, didn't tell me what my total was at the window nothing... she literally said nothing, just stuck her hand out for my card, gave it back, shut the window, came back with food, gave it to me, shut the window and just stared at us... RUDE AS HELL... and this is the type of person that works customer service? Someone who treats customers poorly? She needs to quit or be fired... I've worked fast food at McDonald's before and would've been sent home for treating people like that, literally felt like I was getting a silent treatment and like we were a burden to her...get home to eat, which is only 4 minutes from our home, and the chicken quesorritos were disgusting, the rice was hard and felt like we were chewing on pebbles and the tortillas were also stiff... the potatoes in my fiesta potatoes were hard and flat like they were smooshed... i do not understand what happened tonight but...
Read moreI had been waiting in the drive-thru for ten minutes and was there before closing. We called the number to the store only to get no answer before my Lyft driver drove up to the window because someone was in line before us getting a order. Nobody came to greet us so we knocked on the window to a employee saying they were closed. We explained that we had been waiting to only be threatened by them calling the police for asking for service. One thing I know about the service industry is a customer is never wrong and more especially called a liar. I do expect something for being disrespected and inconvenienced. Instead I was threatened by the employee for asking for service. This is very inexcusable and I will not tolerate being treated as such. I plan to return to the store and ask for the reason of such treatment and to be compensated for my waste of time. I expect much more from such a large corporation. Read moreI really don't like posting not great reviews but I ordered from the app, prepaid for my order which included and upgrade to a cherry blitz frozen beverage instead of regular fountain drink. They gave my son a cup to get a regular fountain drink :(. The the 5 layer beefy burrito with easy beans was some type of bean burrito with mild sauce!!! There was no sour cream, no cheese sauce it just a lot of beans, a little meat and mild sauce!
My son kept eating it thinking the other "layers" would be at the bottom but NOPE. I decided not to go back into the restaurant a 3rd time. The crew seemed to be careless and didn't take any pleasure, nor pride in their job and that may be "ok" for the owners but it seems only right to get what you ordered and paid for which was NOT the case, they just gave us whatever THEY wanted to. I can only guess how many incorrect orders are given but people think it's not worth the trouble to go back. Dissatisfied and disappointed. I doubt I will ever go back to...
