This is directed not at the staff itself but at the management and whoever does scheduling for this location. I don't know if you have any control over the order ahead system that Dutch Bros. Has implemented recently. But if you guys don't close for another 1 to 2 hours, the cutoff shouldn't be prior to that when using the app. And then when I come over here on my way to work and find five cars deep and see only one person working inside making drinks and taking orders. That's the problem. You have people understaffed without any sort of assistance whatsoever and it causes people like me to not even bother waiting and just leave. That's a loss of money for y'all . It also makes you look inconsiderate to your staff because you literally only have one person doing an entire job that should at least require three to four people at most and I know it can't be an issue about money because Dutch Bros is always busy no matter which location you go to on any given...
Read moreWhile in the drive-thru waiting I observed the employee engage in a lengthy conversation with the "customer" in front of us,look back several times, continue to engage in her conversation, then call over another employee to laugh and chat at the window as well and this continues for at least 10 minutes and several cars pulled up behind us before the blonde associate that was beckoned to the window grabbed a tablet to finally come service us while the darker haired associate continued to chat and picked up a cup to fiddle with. They seemed to have no regard for the line that had been accumulating while they were laughing and casually chatting as if in their home parlour. Review the footage. I've never given anyone a 1 star rating as far as I can recall, I just don't return to the establishment, but I was very taken aback by the nonchalant demeanor the associates had in wasting everyone's time. Read moreMy review is solely on 1 person. I go here every day before work and always endure top notch friendly positive service. Today 4/16 was the worst service I have ever seen. I almost drove off because of her demeanor. Unfortunately I'm so tired from a baby that doesn't want to sleep and I desperately needed a pick me up. I came happy, left annoyed. I have no clue if she was having a bad morning or what, she seemed as if she had been crying. If that was the case, the other person there should have taken over for her. I have never seen her in the mornings, she wore glasses and a burgundy like sweater this morning. She was very depressing, low talking, I asked a question she completely ignored and "is that all". The next time she is there and comes to the window, I will just start driving off. At least there's a Starbucks on the way also. But I love Dutch bros so much, just hate that the positive vibes were killed...
