To whom this may concern, I went to restaurant # 00009080. I wanted a Breakfast Baconator meal. It had one piece of bacon on it. I called to report my meal, the manager answered the phone. I told her about my order. She said I can bring it back. When I got there the lobby was closed at 9:45am. So I walked to the other door, then to the drive thru window. The window was cracked, I asked for some assistance. The first person (a man) ignored me. The second person (a short lady) walked by, I asked for the manager. The manager came to the drive thru window to look at the sandwich, she said the one piece of bacon was the amount of bacon that was supposed to come on the sandwich. I disagreed. Then she said that I tampered with the sandwich because she made it. I asked her to look at it, if I tampered with the sandwich it would show where the bacon was in the cheese. There was no bacon imprint in the cheese. I asked for my money back. She agreed with an attitude and snatched it out of my hand. So I pushed the rest of it to the floor. The short lady came to get it off the floor then tried to throw it at me. Then the short lady immediately got on her phone to call someone about me and was recording me. NOT one time did I get mad or loud. I was talking to the manager, and had no problems with the short lady. The manager ask me to leave the window because the short lady was getting angry at me. I told her that I just wanted my refund so I can GO. I don't have time to waste on stupidity. I would have come in the building but they still have the doors locked after opening hours that are clearly posted on the doors. The manager said she will bring my refund to my car. The manager and the short lady both could have handle this situation differently. I was trying to stay calm, I really wanted my food remade. Read more9/20 at about 6:45 I went to order dinner for my family to bring home. I get home and realize I was missing a burger. I get on the phone call them and all I wanted was the burger that was missing(not to mention the waste of time and gasoline) I spoke to GM name Esperanza, no people skills, or apologetic for their mistake. She wanted me to take everything back, which I got home and my kids were ready to eat. She was like I can’t do anything if you don’t bring me the food back. I repeated my self telling her I only want what was missing….. they failed to put my receipt in the bag. Which I told her about and again said if you don’t have a receipt there was nothing she could do…. She was very unprofessional, she hung the call… I kept calling back, they wouldn’t pick up, after so many calls an employee answered, and everything I heard on the background was the GM saying I just spoke to her all she wants it’s free food! Come on men, I buy her lunch for months. All I wanted was what I pay for and I wasn’t gonna stop my kids from eating their food just because someone wanted the food back….. I ask her for her DM name and phone number she told me to figure out on my own. After all that of course I’m not going back not even for what I was missing taking a chance she does something to my food. Poor management. Read moreI come to Wendy’s daily around 3 o’clock everyday. The last few times my fries have been hard and crunchy as if they have been sitting for a while. Today when I arrived in the drive thru there was no SENSE OF URGENCY. I waited before they greeted me. Then while ordering I asked for fresh fries. The guy said if I parked not at the window I would receive fresh fries. There was only one car in front of me so I asked y do u have to wait. I was curious but I never said I wouldn’t wait. When u got to the window the manager Hispanic lady start telling me I was not going to get fresh fries if I don’t park. You would think since no one is in drive thru . That they would drop fries while I’m ordering. There is always a now hiring sign and now I understand why. The Hispanic manager argues with me after I told her ima a general manager in fast food and the fries should be dropped while I was ordering. She was very rude and when I continued to disagree she told me she was not giving me service. I was glad to take my hard earned money to sonic and my son did receive fresh fries there. She needs to work on her management skills. Wendy’s job n hulen is way better maybe you guys need to switch managers. I will no longer go there if she is working.
