I've been to this location twice in the last two weeks. On the first visit I did a mobile order. I walked in and stood there for 10 minutes before anyone bothered to acknowledge a customer waiting. They all had their backs to the counter. I'm listening to one employee with long pink braids telling a male employee what's she's willing to give him for free. Another employee working the window came around the corner to grab an order and he was the only one that said a word to me. The lady with pink hair just turned looked at me and went on about her conversation leaving the drive thru employee to handle both the window and the lobby. Today I did another mobile order arrived 5 minutes before the time I selected on the app there are 5 employees inside but the doors are locked. So at this point I'm waiting in the drive thru line for my order there were 6 cars ahead of me. It took 43 minutes for 6 cars to get through. When I pulled up I said I was picking up a mobile order and gave the name the guy said three different names each time I kept repeating so, I spelled out my name. I wasn't yelling. Another male associate proceeds to yell at me through the drive through speaker. he said no need for all of that when clearly they couldn't hear what was being said and a female associate is laughing historically through the mic. Needless to say it was 49 minutes before I received the food I scheduled for pick up at 4:05. The drink was watered down, the frosty was melted, the food was ice cold, under cooked. I came inside the store and was greeted by this older black lady well actually not even greeted, she had one of the nastiest attitudes ever asked “ what do you want “ gave it the benefit of the doubt. I still ordered a 4 10piece spicy nuggets and a large fry nothing complicated she had one of the ugliest looks on her face as I was ordering she barely even wanted to take the order and the craziest part was the the manager was right there and didn’t say a word to her. My total came out to 25.60 I didn’t have the 60 cents so I asked if she had change for a $50 and said no ok so after that I just left and went to a different location ordered the same exact thing and my total came out to 24.95 at the other location how is it possible that it’s off by a $1 2 different locations and same exact order just ridiculous if you don’t wanna work then why be at a fast food place when you interact e lots of...
