Wendy's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Luke's review--I went here for lunch today and they slipped a coupon into my bag for $2 off any full size salad. I went back tonight to cash in on this deal and they would not accept it. The manager who was standing just out of sight told the cashier the coupon wasn't good until next week. She brought it back and repeated what I already heard him say. I pointed out that the date on the coupon was from last week through the end of next month and that they gave it to me TODAY. she stepped around the corner again and shared this revelation with him. He then told her that if I want a cheap salad I'll have to come back next week... I told the poor girl not to worry about it and just ordered the salad and a chicken sandwich. She takes my money and gives me a receipt. On the back of this receipt there is (in bold red print) an offer for $2 off any full size salad... When I arrived at home, I reached into the bag to pull out the sandwich and the wrapper was a little wet... It smelled like beer... Looking back I realized that the manager's eyes were bloodshot. Maybe that's why he didn't want to step around the corner to assist the girl who was clearly in training with the coupon I received from this very location.... The day crew is always good though (cheery and helpful). I will never go back to this location after 5pm though. The girl in training should be moved to the morning shift to learn where I'm sure her training will be actually training. She was left to the wolves...

I gave 2 for service cuz drive thru guy was very respectful, We went to the drive-through At 10:45 PMand ordered 2 son of a baconator burgers One without MayonnaiseThe food when handed to us was cold to the touch you could feel the cold through the paper sackSo we went back through the drive-through and told them that it was cold and the cook Said she just made that Burger and I told her there's no way because the cheese was not even melted we did take pictures of this the French fries were cold as we asked them to make it again after about 10 minutes we are handed a bag of food that seemed way too hot through the paper sack upon opening the Burgers we realized that the sandwiches were put into the microwave mind you one of our burgers still had mayonnaise on itWe knew it was microwaved because the edges of the cheese were Brown And bubbly the ketchup was permeated into the Bread on my fiancee's Burger and the Mayonnaise on mine was yellowedAnd the patties on both burgers were rubbery, the only thing fresh 2nd time around was fries..Hellooo folks ..have you not heard of food poisoning from mayo..you cant nuke mayo...I will never eat at the Wendy's at 963 N BEACH ST FORT WORTH, TX 76111 I had to come back a third time because they failed to put my receipt back into the bag and i want my money back...worst experience ever, I haven't been to a Wendy's in years first time back and bad bad bad these pics are of the first time thru...

I've went to this location 2 separate times this week an hour & 2 hours before they closed, & me & my husband were told that it would take them 35 mins to cook our food because they would have to warm the grill back up & everyone (6 more cars in line) behind me also pulled off without any food & the store was dark like they were closed & most definitely had at least an hour till they were actually supposed to close & a couple days later I stop here again they told us they didn't have any kind of bills to make change all they had were hundreds so therfore they could not take any orders & this was early Saturday night & y'all still have to make it through Sunday before y'all can go to the bank for change again an hours before they were supposed to close. This is nothing more than unacceptable laziness & poor planning & I've worked in the food industry for 18 years & was a district manager in California & I had 6 stores in my region that I was responsible for & one that I ran on a daily basis because it was absolutely horrible when I began there. They were literally out of all carbonated beverages, fries, chicken nuggets & down to a box of burgers for another week before the truck makes the next delivery & not a dependable employee in site, so I know the struggles but this is just ridiculous & shouldn't happen!!!! It will be a very long time before I stop at any Wendy's at this point, if I ever do...
