I visit Yogi’s about once a month. The past three times have been less than desirable. This evening, I placed an online order at 5:13pm and was told the order would be ready by 5:27. I arrived at 5:35 and was told they were still working on the order. No problem because I can wait. When they gave me the food, one of the dishes was wrong and it had to be remade. I waited until 5:45 to get the order remade. I graciously accepted the order and I neglected to check it because I was trusting their abilities. I drove home and when I opened the bag, the same order they remade was once AGAIN wrong!! I paid the extra 99 cents for all veggies and instead received white rice. In addition, since the other two plates sat on the counter while they remade the order and by the time I got the food to my house, it was warm at best. Not a pleasant experience. A reasonable expectation is to order your food, pay the expected price and receive the food you ordered in a timely manner. In addition, the quality should be consistent with what a reasonable person expects. The cost and the mistakes are generally not an issue for me. My concern though is that it keeps happening and the staff is less than friendly. Absolutely NO interaction with customers and basically seem annoyed when a customer walks in. I’m sorry but customers are the reason you have a job. Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll be giving Yogi’s in the Foothill’s anymore of my business since they can’t seem to get an order right and don’t seem to care if a customer is...
Read moreI walked into Yogis for the first time just to experience the worst customer service I've ever had. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young gal rolling her eyes. My wife ordered and I could tell the cashier had a long/bad day, because she was displaying "0" customer service skills. My wife was a server for many years so she is extremely polite and considerate with staff at restaurants--especially towards the end of someone's shift. The door says it is open until 9:00pm, however at 8:30pm the cashier asked us to leave as soon as our order came out--"There is no dining in after 8:30pm." I asked where it says that and looked around in case I missed it--nowhere does it state that. I asked to speak with the manager, just to be told he wasn't there. Another gal walked up, after putting her cell-phone down, to try and help explain to me their "policy" stating, "Management gets upset if we allow customers to dine in after 8:30pm." I live in the foothills and can confidently say that was the first and last time I walk into this place. My wife said she has been there a couple of times with friends, and every time it's poor service. Sounds to me like Yogis needs to ask In-n-Out or Chick-Fil-A how to hire quality staff--this happened Friday evening...
Read moreYogi’s Grill didn’t just feed me, it rearranged my entire outlook on life. I sat down thinking I was just gonna casually eat a Salmon Bowl, and instead I was baptized in flavor. That salmon wasn’t cooked, it was crafted by the hands of angels who clearly have a side hustle in culinary sorcery. Every bite felt like Jesus himself rose from the ocean, handed me the fish, winked, and said “you deserve this, queen.”
And don’t even get me started on the Vegetable Tempura. Crispy? CRISPY?? No, this was next-level, like every veggie signed a contract promising peak crunch before hitting that fryer. I swear when I bit into that onion ring, I heard the sound of heaven’s gates creaking open.
Yogi’s Grill isn’t a restaurant, it’s a religious experience. If you haven’t had the Salmon Bowl and the Vegetable Tempura here, you’re living in black-and-white while the rest of us are in 4K Ultra HD with surround sound.
