I love A&W but my order has been wrong here on more than one occasion, I've learned to never drive away with out checking. The other day they ran out of ice and instead of doing me a solid and filling the cup to the top they left it a 1/4 full of foam instead witch settled to 3/4 of soda. So not cold and not full=not cool. I continue to go here because I Love fresh A&W rootbeer, but they really need to step up there service. I get covid has every one stretched thin, I work in retail as well but i slap a smile on for the annoying customers and give them a quality product. That's why they keep coming back to annoy me. It's not about getting away with sub par service, it's about putting money in your pocket to provide. But all and all better then Taco bell who with out fail will mess up an order of 4 items or more....
Read moreStood in line for about 5 minutes waiting to order, no one ahead of me, Dining room had 2 people inside, drive-thru had 3 cars. Two people behind me left without ordering. Receipt says order was placed at 1:30PM. Around 1:40PM, noticed staff was eating up front, not even trying to hide it. 1:45PM, walked up to counter and noticed all my food was sitting in a bag, getting cold. I asked the employee about my order, he said they were waiting on the 5pc nuggets for the kids meal. 1:50PM, order was finally finished, and side was wrong on kids meal. Hands down the worst experience in any food...
Read moreThere is one person in front of me and two of them plays were talking to him. I was waiting in line. The friend walked away. The two other employees walked away and nobody was there to bring up the order. After a few minutes of all the employees just kind of staring at me, I left.
There was No one else in the restaurant. There's only one car in the drive-thru.
I guess that they must do this a lot because there's nobody in the parking lot and after reading their views the wait times. They probably should have a regional manager find out why...
