Sprouts Farmers Market — Local services in Fortuna Foothills

This Sprouts has truly made my life better. I can't express the gratitude I have for this location being put up. I used to have to travel so far into town it was an inconvenience. Now that's all in the past! We have our own Sprouts right in the foothills and not only that but the customer service can't compare to any other location I've been to even in San Diego. This location is the best I've ever seen and I'm a long term shopper. Matt the manager of dairy and especially Lorena who is amazing (seems like she maybe the head cashier), along with a few other employees have gone out of their way to ensure I have what I want/need on the shelf. Going as far as calling me personally to make sure I have what I need. I have high blood pressure and a few other severe heart conditions so some of the things I buy from Sprouts are a necessity to my general wellness, not only did the understand but they celebrated with me when I finally came in yesterday and had a normal blood pressure reading for the first time in a long time. I was so exited to attend the grand opening this morning but I left because a grown man was cussing and harassing the women who were in front of him in line because they got the last tote bags. He said “they stole it because they cut in front of him” he followed them and said obscene things. The employees saw and ignored it to continue handing out flowers. I heard the lady running the sample table complaining about customers eating the samples (???) I understand it was a very hectic morning and a lot of people were at the store but I left because the way the employees ignored the situation left a bad taste in my mouth. Literally horrible to buy/pickup produce. Your attendant Yvette literally gave me expired produce. The fruits were black with mold and the salads were to expire the very next day. The sprouts on 4th Ave is so much better. They actually know how to shop produce for you. The good thing, the manager was able to refund me and was super sweet. So thank you for that.
