Go elsewhere. Took my daughter here out of convenience because I'll choose Moos Creamery over frozen yogurt at this place. Especially after my recent visit. It's relatively clean with a decent atmosphere. The froyo is okay but lacks in real taste. The toppings make up for it for the most part although sometimes they are not fresh. While eating a young man came from the back kitchen with long, shaggy, unkempt hair. Seemed a little gross for him to be leaning over the toppings. I had opted for a text receipt and it came with a survey. I didn't think much of it but put my concern in the remarks.

This was their almost immediate response, "According to the Yuma County Health Department, anything above the shoulders doesn't require a hair net or to be pulled back. We have NEVER had any issues with this from them or anyone else. So I'm sorry you were "grossed out" by our staff member but we are in compliance with the health department."

It baffles me when a business doesn't care about a customer. It may be 1 here or 1 there but over time and word of mouth it'll really hurts your bottom dollar. They could have not responded at all or perhaps said they would look into it or something. But instead they decided to basically say, we don't care what you think, tough luck, shove it. Oh my!! Tasty Fro-Yo with flavors that keep you coming back for more!! The quality is impressive, with an all natural taste and creaminess that made my Keto commitment hide for a few minutes while I sampled a few of the creations. My favorite was the Non-fat Tart Tahitian Lime with Mojito mint twisted with the Low fat Cheesecake 😋 and I may have enjoyed a nibble or three of the boy's favorite flavor combo - Rasberry-Pomegranate with the Mango. The mango is clearly made with real mango featuring tiny nibblet pieces (YUM) and the combo is refreshingly delicious. I would acknowledge that the no sugar added Praline and Vanilla combo was a bit to sweet for me (ironically I do not like artificial sweetners.) The boys loaded their fro-yo down with some of the fresh toppings, too. Everything was good to the lastscrape out of the cup!
