Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fountain Inn

On my way home from work, thought man in this crisp 101 degrees I am going to swing by DD and go inside to order to get a break from the heat. First thing I see is a young lady with both her sleeves rolled up and one pants leg pulled up to her knee facing a bread rack with one foot on the bottom rack… Puzzled but enjoying the AC I asked the young man with the headset if they had Maple. His reply was “Ya but you have to go outside thru the drive thru, our Kiosk is out.” I asked “You can’t take my order here?” (As I motioned toward the counter and then the register) to which I received an emphatic “No” Refused to take my order and walked away. I can clearly see why they have a 2.8 rating. Guess I will going to Starbucks across the street. Too bad I like their donuts...

This is a drive through primarily only Dunkin. There is a lobby, but the bathroom may be larger. No cashiers, only two kiosks and one did not work. i’ve never used a kiosk before and it proved to me why. Even though it has complete suggestions and instructions for how to construct your food and drinks, they didn’t turn out like my normal trips when there’s an actual staff member to talk to. And if they even have donuts which I didn’t order or ask, but none of them are display for you, and I’m pretty sure that the kiosk doesn’t take in consideration the current inventory levels. So I didn’t even consider getting a donut. Inconvenient…love Dunkin, not this setup. Key note, this is not the locations...

I go to dunkin every morning! I look forward to it. Today I got a breakfast sandwich and I drove off and when I opened my box I was missing the bread to my food. I don't know about everyone else but bread is very important in a sandwich. I called them to explain what happened and got told what do you expect us to do if ypu don't come back. I asked for a refund. She said you have to come back in today to get it. Not being able to I asked my wife to please go in. She did and waited 30min for them to take care of her. When they finally helped they gave her it back in cash and didn't even refund her the right amount. I will not be going back to this dunkin...
