KFC — Restaurant in Fountain Valley

Wasn't that thrilled with there establishment or there customer service. There carelessness could have cost then my entire order which was well over 40.00 dollars when the guy forgot to collect the money from me.. (because he was too busy socializing in the back.) It's a good thing I'm honest and don't live life that way. I said did you want me to pay you and he's like oh $#!+ comes up laughing. No thanks for looking out. Or I appreciate your honesty here's a cake. Nothing.. He said oh $#!+ walked up laughing and then that was that. I had to ask another work for honey and butter they said its in the bag I'm like you sure they said yep. The one time I don't double check. It's only 2 honey 1 butter and I had 3 meals in hand. Nice right. Then again like I said carelessness. Which makes sense on why my entire order once I got home was not only COLD but the order was completely wrong as well. The soda machine drinks are always FLAT, blah. Was unhappy to say the least and it's happened on numerous visits at this particular location so I stopped going There and ill travel the few more miles from there to another location instead. Better tasting good kinder service better experience is well work it. T hats been at the brookhurst and garfield I believe location and the beach and talbert location are way better. Stay clear from brookhurst and Slater there foods not quality when your looking for the him that KFC normally brings...

This place is best described as "eh". It's a dump, no question. Service, sometimes it is great, sometimes I'm amazed how bad it is. Usually it's "eh".

The chicken and sides usually aren't bad. Some KFC do a much better job but most don't. It is what it is. The Colonel is long gone so QC from a corporate level is non-existent.

If you want KFC just go here. All the other ones in the area are hit and miss. Same as this location. The one in Westminster sometimes is great, near perfect chicken and sides. This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. First off I ordered a breast with my meal and I never got it so I go back to speak to the manager about the situation. And all she wants to do is blame me for not telling the drive-thru operator over and over again the same thing I wanted one breast one thigh one leg. Super simple all she had to do was put it through. But no I get chastised by the manager like it's my fault. So I go to pay the $1 and $99 cent to get my extra breast and they want to say no you owe us $4.99 for breast because you won't give us back our thigh. I just didn't like the experience.
