Panda Express — Restaurant in Fountain Valley

I have been eating at this Panda Express for a number of years, and find the staff here helpful and friendly. The problem I had today is the sign that I have posted in my picture. I asked why they aren’t giving samples anymore and he, (as expected), blamed it on COVID-19. I told him it didn’t make sense that they can’t give out samples But they’re willing to hand me condiments such as the sweet-and-sour sauce that I asked for. He says it had something to do with people don’t want the servers to touch their food. That doesn’t make sense. They touch it when you pay for it it’s just that they don’t want allowed to be for free. To me it seems like a poor attempt to give less customer service and blame it on a disease where there’s no evidence that it is transferred through handling food or even human contact. It’s an airborne disease carried through coughing sneezing...

Wasn't too happy with this location. I placed an online order for pick up at 5:15PM, got there at 5:20PM and there was a line out by the door. Thankfully for online orders, you go straight to the front and let them know you're there to pick up an order, so I did. I was told to wait while they got it ready, assuming they'll package the food right off the spot but that wasn't the case. 20-30mins went by, and I watch the staff get other to-go orders ready AND help the line go down. I was literally the last person to get their food, I could've waited in line and gotten my food quicker than going through this whole ordeal.

As for the food, as it was supposed to be fresh, I came home within 20 mins with the food ready to and it didn't taste nor smelled fresh. The food did not sit well with me and my girlfriend by the end of the night, might've been...

I love panda cuz you can get everything you need from protein to carbs on your choice. Easy to decide and affordable always. But you never get same experience at different ones depending on Hours and Workers. Sucks.

Came around 6:30 pm, they close at 9. Food was not fresh and there was only 1 cooking guy at back. Almost everything i got was mixed with previous old food ( easily can say by colors ). Serving amounts are less than normal. Not too busy in the area that’s why not too much fresh food.

There are many 1 star reviews here because of one or more complains but if you love panda and if you are in the area you can always go and eat here.

This is all about area, of course you don’t get best service but it’s just Panda Express lol,...
