Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fountain Valley

I've been coming to this Taco Bell for almost a year and I feel as though I need to update this review and explain why I'm giving a Taco Bell five stars. Hear me out.

First and foremost, they have loyals. Not just me but others. I see them all the time. Secondly, the customer service is the best. For a fast food place, I don't really expect much but damn, they are fast and if you're already seated, they will BRING THE FOOD TO YOU and bus your tray! I've never seen that before. I can sit my lazy ass down, eat my Taco Bell, and get fatter than I already am because I don't have to walk the two feet to pick up my order or clear my table. Awesome. Bring it on.

Last but certainly not least, the food actually tastes good and all of the toppings are well balanced and they don't skimp on anything. I've never had a well balanced 7 layer burrito before with the perfect amount of everything. Usually they either have too many beans, sour cream, or something that makes them fall apart. I was expecting to eat at Taco Bell that day but got on the wrong bus and ended up on the other side of town and was hungry went inside and immediately was welcomed by the staff even how busy they were.. they told me I could order screen behind me or they could take my order. The place even the restroom was clean no odors no stains I was amazed. After ordering on the screen immediately they called my name to give me my drink cup they said the food would be right out so I filled up my drink and waited a few minutes then my name was called grabbed my food rhen sat down and began to eat. Everything was perfectly prepared. As I was leaving the staff even made sure to say goodbye see you next time. This place gets two thumbs up. Taco Bell is consistent with their menu items and have created some unique items worth trying. At the same time there is always a compromise when establishing consistency and new tastes which often leads to the feeling you get when something is missing. Taco Bell is the poster-child for very good creativity and attempt but not quite hitting the mark. Comparing taco salads to El Pollo Loco, there is no comparison. Where you get everything expected at EPL, the same entree at TB is lacking in amount and authentic fresh ingredients. Taco Bell will always have a following. Just seems like their quest for new and unique items sacrificing why most people eat at fast food eateries: feeling satisfied with the amount and comfort of the meal. One...
