This place has terrible customer service. I walked in because I wanted a large cup of ice water. There are about 9 employees behind the register and no customers and it still took over 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me. I then proceeded to order a muffin and asked for a large cup of ice water. They give me my muffin and I asked for my water and I was told that they cant give me water. I've never heard of this from any other place of business. I even went as far as saying I would pay for the cup and I was still denied and was told that it's not on their menu. I would have never came in here to begin with, but I decided to check it out since it is on my way to the gym. I will never stop at any of their locations again. Very cheap owners...

The service is horrible. The staffs are not trained, just work very slowly, don’t say a word. I was waiting for so long 20’, ask them what happened after seeing all other people after me picked up already. The staff told me waiting for one more cup and he kept working on other orders. I asked again after 10’ and she said they lost the ticket. They were looking at me the whole time waiting because I was standing at the pick up area and didn’t say a word, didn’t get the social cue.
