Richard's Cookie Jar — Restaurant in Fountain Valley

I used to beg my mom to take me here when I was a little kid for the donut holes!! Those are my absolute favorite!! I haven’t been here in 8 years or maybe even more because I moved out of state for a few years. As I was driving by, I felt nostalgic and decided to stop by and get some donut holes.

Boy was I glad I did!! They taste just like my childhood!!! The donut holes here are sooo fluffy and soft, and delicious!! And they’re a good size! Big bites! I usually get some from Winchell’s but they’re not always that good and kind of dense, and sometimes don’t have enough glaze, which I don’t like.

The donut holes here are the best and they haven’t changed!! They are 15cents each, or $1.50 for a dozen, I got 2 dozen b/c I usually eat a lot of them, and the cashier definitely gave me more than 24 donut holes!! Lol I think that might have been because I came in at the end of the day, at 4:30pm, but who knows. And they are still soft and fluffy at the end of the day!!!! 😍😋😋😋🍩🍩🍩

A friend told me about their delicious cookies so I tried them. Nothing fancy or gourmet but they are definitely yummy. $4 for a dozen!
