I cant remember the last time I was so disappointed with any business. I placed an order on subway app for a curbside pickup at 510. I have a toddler and a newborn and they were in the car with me and I drove out of my way to this specific subway because they offered curbside on the app. I have 3 other locations closer to me. I arrived at 520 and circled the parking lot to find no curbside pickup spots. I parked next to the front door on the red curb and ran to the front door to ask the woman behind the counter where I should park she continuously just kept saying "yes" to me. I never got an answer from her on where to park so I went back to the car to get both babies out and go inside and when I got inside at 527 she was just making my sandwiches. I asked her for a managers phone number and she told me no. She pointed at a QR code for google review. I said I wanted to speak to the manager. She said tomorrow. I asked for the phone number of the store. She said they dont have a phone. I tried calling the number online and it is out of service. She numbered my sandwiches 1 and 2 and no description of which is which. I left and got halfway home and realized some of my items were missing so had to go back. My sandwich was made very poorly with little ingredients and not as I specified in the order and my husbands had the wrong bread. I really hope they get it sorted out to have a phone, a manager that is available and to either sort out the curbside option or they remove their curbside offering on the app I hope a manager will reach out to me and save others from the...
Read moreWell a subway is a subway so, my review is on the service. Today I drove to this subway instead of the 5 others within 5 miles of my house because I had a coupon. There was only one employee working (within customer view) at 6pm and the 10 sandwiches in front of me took this poor girl 20 minutes to make. I waited patiently then order two of the exact same subs, same bread, same ingredients, she made them at the same time. At the register I handed her the coupon and she took the coupon to another staff member, then returns to me and says "we're not accepting coupons" ....uhhh... kay... so I get charged for two 6" subs when I would've gotten a foot long had I known that they weren't accept coupons. And the fact that she walked over to another staff member out of customer view to refuse my coupon probably means that's her supervisor who isn't helping her when she's drowning during the dinner rush. Not sure if the other employee didn't want to help or took their lunch break during the dinner rush but overall that was a pretty insane situation just to get ripped off. I'd recommend taking the 3 extra minutes to drive to the subway on Brookhurst and Warner or Ellis. I've never had problems at either of those. looking back at my review and photo I also see that they are also overcharging people DURING A HEALTH PANDEMIC a sales tax by making everyone order "for here" despite their seating being closed so it charges sales tax. This place is genuinely bad and run by bad human beings....
Read moreWorst service I’ve had at a subway, the person behind the counter was polite to start and made the food I ordered which was a simple pretzel and chicken and cheese dipper. I asked them if they could warm the cheese in his normal microwave for like 20 sec. as other subways offered the same thing. I get the food with all intentions to enjoy, the food was ice cold, I said this is cold and he gave me the biggest attitude like I was asking for the world. I said feel the bag, it’s not cooked. He just rolled his eye and gave me a stupid attitude saying it’s not my fault. Look, if the food isn’t cooked whether you did it or your oven wasn’t working, you don’t give the customer attitude, apologize and fix without giving the customer crap about it. I’d give 0 stars if I could, I even tipped the person, wished I would have reached in and...
