Cute space with 4 tables inside; each accommodating up to 4. They have both shaved ice and ice cream. Staff was helpful and patient as my kids each tried one flavor. Small one scoop strawberry with gummy worms 8/10 (they have sour and regular gummy worms so make sure you specify as my kid didn’t and was not happy). Small one scoop super human 8/10 (tastes like a heavier crazy vanilla from hersheys). Rainbow signature shaved ice with condensed milk (might have been better without this) 8/10 - the strawberry, green apple and blue raspberry were hits but the others were not.

This place is such a hidden gem. I've driven by it several times, and kept on meaning to give it a try. After trying, I wish I had come in sooner! The shave ice is so light and like fresh powdered snow, the syrup is really good and not artificial tasting, and the ice cream is so creamy and smooth!!! The ladies working there were awesome and so helpful, and had some great recommendations, I can't wait to try a scoop of the coconut ice cream with the shave ice next time. We will be back soon for sure to try all the other sweet treats!

My wife and I went to The Creative Ice Company for their grand opening. It was incredible, the crowds were large but oh so worth it.

I overheard someone say it is a local family business. Their shave ice takes me right back to Hawaiian vacations, but truthfully this might be better than what you get in Hawaii. I had POG, Tigers Blood, and Blue Raspberry, topped with a snow cap.

My wife had a milk shake with oreos and heath bar. It was so creamy and delicious!

The customer service was phenomenal. They have an incredibly charming and engaging staff. Who made us feel welcome right away :-)

The decor was so unique and beautiful. You could tell whoever designed it put a lot of thought into it. There is no place in Orange County like it.

I don’t know where to start, this place is amazing. We were greeted with a warm welcome and smiling faces. The store was decorated very lovely my daughter loved the selfie wall. They have so many treat options. It took us a long time to decide what we wanted because we wanted everything, and they were very patient with us. We ended up getting Ice cream first then going back for seconds and tried the shaved ice both with toppings both were delicious. We can’t wait to go back and try the milk shakes, churros and cotton candy. I’ll definitely bring my son next time so he can try the dairy free ice cream and milk shakes. 10/10...
