Where do I start? I normally don’t leave reviews. But how I felt with this store’s service I felt compelled to share.
My order was late, they missed an item I ordered. The driver was very rude and the store (management unresponsive.
After waiting over an hour for my order, I decided to call the store, while on an infinite wait on the phone and no one answered it the driver arrived. I made a joke to the driver about the wait and the drivers response was (in a very rude, unprofessional and defensive manner) we are short handed, no meed for you to be like that. I expressed to the driver when I made the order online it said 30 minutes. Again, in the same manner the driver responded that they have no control over the online orders. I apologize for making a joke as I sensed the driver was not in a good mood and told her there is no need to be acting like that, that the store does bare some responsibility regardless of staffing. At the very least letting the customer know of any delays and that I will mention that to the manager, the driver replied “good luck with that” I told her I was going to report her, again response “good luck with that too”.
Upon calling the store multiple times and being placed on hold for an hour each time I came to realized that it would be no use. They dont even answer their phones and it appears that the behavior of the driver is acceptable to the store and management. Nothing is going to happen. They lost my business thats for sure, not like they would...

5/12/17 *I placed an order around 10:45pm on a Wednesday night. I spoke with "RAUL" when taking my order. I waited over an hour & decided to check up on the status of my meal. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY BY A MANAGER ANYWHERE (let alone fast food👎🏼) "RAUL" rushed what he was saying so he could get out of the door by close at midnight. When I asked "what if I don't receive my order after midnight and you're closed?" He responded with "oh well. If it doesn't show up or isn't cooked well enough call us in the morning!" When I asked for his GM's name & the store number he then hung up & refused to answer my repeated calls to find out what exactly was going on. It is as of now 12:02 am & I still have not received my order.
7/21/17 *Was told by the same employee "RAUL" that even though they make a mistake making my food, I can't call back every time there's a mistake & get what he calls "free food!!!" WORST ATTITUDES IN SOUTH TUCSON!!! If you mess up more than half my order I EITHER WANT IT FULLY REPLACED SO I GET WHAT I PAID FOR OR ISSUE A FULL REFUND. THIS LOCATION DOESN'T WANT MY MONEY- I WONT TAKE IT THERE

Read moreLet’s start out by saying I haven’t ordered dominos for almost a year due to the bad service and food but decided to give them another chance, well... This was the worst experience we’ve ever had! It took the driver Marco almost an hour to deliver our order. This is after it left the store, cook time not included, purely travel time. When he arrived he was not apologetic... I actually asked him how it was going and he said "I’ve had better days...." I then asked him if they were busy and he said "not really". Lol. We then opened our pizzas and they were cold and the thin crust soggy due to the steam that had cooled I’m guessing? All I could think of was Marco and his "I’ve had better days", and I thought "I’ve had better frozen pizza". Thanks for the poor experience again dominos! You’ve definitely lost my business. Oh and they even forgot the blue cheese dressing we ordered...
