Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Four Corners States

First time and last time with them, placed an order for delivery online, it stated 30 minutes (they are less than 5 minutes from me) and hour later they call and state they have no wings, not sure why they took so long! I asked for a sandwich instead, they said sure, super fast! 25 minutes late they showed up, the pizza with the order obviously was made and sat there because it was cold and nasty. The sandwich was ok but they charged me for the same cost when the sandwich was cheaper and they removed my 25% coupon. The driver said he would have a manager call, they didn't and then I did a survey and that stated they would reach out, they didn't. Not a great first impression, I was hoping someone would have reached out to fix this before I left a review, I guess not!

UPDATE: Contacted them on Instagram and Twitter, they say someone will reach out but they never do, they just hope you go away, no response from store and no refund of the over charge! They will not last long here, worst...

Pizza has always been amazing and there have been plenty of easy to find coupons and deals to save some money. My issues have stemmed purely from the service being on a steady decline since it's opening. First few times I went were great, but the past few times have had more and more issues with staff inattentiveness and sometimes pure laziness. Past three times I have not been given the side sauce I requested on the order, with this last time when I checked before leaving and asked the employee for a cup of sauce they were confused beyond belief. They didn't no you could request sauce on the order, they didn't know where the sauce was, they didn't even seem to get how they're supposed to put the sauce in a cup! They loitered around trying to figure out for almost a minute before asking their coworker how to pour sauce in a cup! Probably didn't help that he had earbuds in the whole time and had to be asked...

*Editing since speaking with Jason at Marco’s. Jason was very friendly and receptive of feedback from our visit on Sunday and really listened to make sure he could fix the problem. I just picked up the pizza we received that was wrong, and it was totally different from Sunday. Very timely, staffed well with friendly faces, and fast service. Pizza tasted amazing and you can tell they use fresh ingredients! We will def be coming back- accountable and friendly customer service and great pizza!

Pros- pizza tasted really good with the pizza that was correct Cons- •received one completely incorrect pizza •Understaffed (as most small businesses are- we will call ahead next time to ensure quoted time on website is accurate so both parties time is considered) •ran out of ingredients • my husband waited an hour longer than our pick up time Looking forward to trying again once things iron out and will call on our wrong...
