McDonald's — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Almost 3 years now ive lived 1/2 mile from Palo Verde McDonalds and I still from time 2 time go there to inflict pain and aggravation upon myself. 90 percent of the time i go there and bad experience. Raw uncooked hamburger meat, old shriveled fries, longer then standard wait times and there not even busy, one time the employee came out to tell me they were closed in dining room and i couldnt order food thru app to be brought out. I kept trying to tell her i had ordered, paid and had been waiting 30 minutes for my order but she kept interrupting me so i couldn't tell her. So after 5 attempts i had to get loud and explain it to her. She couldnt believe it was possible. She goes inside to find out it was true...45 minutes for fast food. Another evening a big headed manager was outside near me by the curbside pickup and she went on for 20 mins about how her employees were terrible and how she was taking care of bizness. Cursing, loud, obnoxious. One she shouldn't be talking about her employees especially in the manner she was in front of a customer. Two while shes outside on her phone telling her friend all this my order is not getting done and then came outside missing items. Oh man there's other stories but i want to get to tonights experience. Now im on a bike its 45 degrees out and i get there and they decide as i get there they are going to close at 10:30pm . Now the door says 11:00pm. The website says 11;00pm. I go to the drive thru she says were closed. I said your supposed to be open. Another lady comes on and says how can i help you. I said ok one second (to decide) i tell her my order and theres nothing silence. Goes on for another minute no response. Them on the opposite drive thru the first lady says again oh were closed. I said you tell me your closed (30 mins early), then ask me for my order then ignore me in silence and then tell me your closed. Them 3 ladies come out back door and i tell them all this and that their door n website say they are open til 11pm and they are going to get a bad review and im going to contact the owners and or higher management cause this is the 2nd time this has happened. They just stand there laughing and carrying on about whatever their conversation was about. This McDonalds just needs to be bulldozed and put a Burger King in or something. Cause this McDonalds...

Was visiting family for Christmas, Made a mobile order, git there clicked i was there went through drive through the girl didn’t understand i said i had my code to pick up Manager came on the speaker asked me what was my question I said I don’t have a question that I was picking up that order and she said all for DoorDash and I said no it’s my personal order So I was directed to window one, where I sat there for at least 5 to 10 minutes there was no one behind me at the time and no one was at the window so I went ahead and pulled up to the second window where I see four employees just standing there so the guy asked me if he could help me and I said well no one was at the other window and I showed him my phone and gave him my code for the pick up so then the manager said you need to go to your window told one of the employees that was standing there and they still didn’t have my order ready and they told me that there machine that does the ice mocha frappe‘s was down so I just got a regular coffee and they asked me to park around the corner so there I go and wait another five minutes 10 minutes and the manager brings out my food and I tell her that I wanted a refund because I wasn’t gonna leave with a dollar coffee when I paid $3.19 for the other one that I did not receive so she told me that she would make me iced coffee in place of what I didn’t get back so I was fine with it it was also my birthday that day I also got word from her that never to order off the specialty menu for the Mc café because the machine is always down so needless to say I will not be returning to that...

Well this was not my greatest experience. I ordered my usual frozen frappe in the drive thru. It took almost 15 minutes and i cant prove it because they never gave us our receipt. I do not understand why this drive thru could not have the cars ahead pull to the side as those with just simple orders can speedily get thru MCDONALD'S but that never happened. I expected it because a month ago i ordered a frappe and they asked me to go wait on the side for a frappe!. It took 7 minutes for that one that day. No one shoykd be making an frappe if they cannot consistently give the right frappe. In my opinion i have not been happy with their food no matter what McDonald i go to. Nothing is ever right. I ask for 7 sugars in my coffee and 6 cream. Do i get that? No. So because its an habit to not give me my coffee as i desire i quit McDonald's coffee and i have been buying starbucks mocha drinks and make my own frappe at home. I cannot get a melted cheese burger. They have no clue what i am talking about. The cheese is always cold and it seens the simple burger is cold. So the cheese never melts as the pictures on tv. Im highly disappointed that McDonald's is not my favorite place for a quick bite. I only ask for two items to be done consistantly. Maybe its the help?
