Rocky Mountain Taco — Restaurant in Four Corners States

This taco truck is amazing. From the food to the price, you will be satisfied. Places to sit and eat are plenty, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Dogs are allowed, which I personally loved because we have a well-behaved Rottweiler who loves to go places with us. We had our 1 month old with us and of course I had to change her but the bathrooms were clean and didn't make me cringe about needing to change her in a public bathroom in such a place. Food is wonderful and well priced. I recommend the chicken over the beef because of the way each is prepared. My husband had their white chicken burrito while I had their Carne asada tacos. The tacos were OK, but the burrito was fabulous! I'm not sure what the chicken is cooked in, but man, it is prepared deliciously, and it stews for a while, making all the flavors pop! The truck is very accessible and provides sauce and napkins, all with a smile....

I am currently on a road trip and stopped to get some food. Whoever the guy is with the piercing blue eyes at the window of the food truck is one of the most arrogant guys I have ever met. He was so rude that I was shocked and just walked away. I was extremely disappointed being that I am from the Aloha state and nobody from Hawaii would ever talk down to a customer like he did. We live in Southern California and being married to a Mexican wife, Mexican food is our thing. We were referred to Rocky Mountain Taco from a neighbor while we were in Beaver Creek and Vail for vacation.
