Had the worst experience I've ever had here today. Considering I go there Waited in line for 25min, no problem your busy. Picked out what I wanted based on the prices on the website. Was told at checkout that the discount showed wasn't right. Asked for a price match but was told that they couldn't do it even though I've had plenty of item price matched. Was told I could either pay the whole price or put them back. Said I was just going to order online while my other item where getting rang up. Was told I couldn't that I'd have to order online when I leave and wait back in line again. Whatever extra time to get the discount I wanted not the end of the world. Upon waiting 20 min + for my mobile order I walked inside after people that were there after me were being helped. Then to top the whole experience off the price that I had for the whole order online wasnt the same when I went to checkout and was the original price as it was the first time I was in there minus the 10% discount for ordering online and then said I can either cancel my order or pay what it is after being at the dispensary for close to a hour already. I just payed it due to the time wasted for no reason when I could have just been in and out the first time with no issues if I was told that was the case...

I always have nothing but the best experience with Roots Rx. They always have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff, I was able to go through the entire concentrate selection and smell each one, which was really cool because I really enjoy picking my product based largely around the smell and value. They had a monster concentrate selection and the budtender I was talking to walked me through everything and we picked the best ones. You also will be hard-pressed to find a better deal on bud in Colorado. Most eighths are about $32 and they keep an awesome and up-to-date selection of top quality buds. It really doesn't stop there with Roots Rx though, because honestly they had a fantastic selection of just about anything you can dream up for a pot shop to have. Probably my favorite thing about Roots Rx and always has been, is that they never seem to be super busy. There is always a budtender available (or very shortly) and they do not rush customers at all. was my worst experience i ordered my supply online and set my pickup time at about an hour since i drove from leadville. Not only did they not have my order ready both men behind the counter couldnt put my order together i ordered six ended up with 4 got charged for 4 then told oh did you want the other 2 i will have to charge you again no i would not like to be charged again at 3.00 a pop to use my debit card rediculous. Very very unsatisfying customer service and to top it off i get 4 get to my car check the bag i only had three the sales person runs out taps on my window im sorry i forgot one wow how do you even do that what if i didnt check my order and trusted your service."
