Ming Moon Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Four Oaks

I ordered fried chicken wings with shrimp fried rice and General Tso chicken with shrimp fried rice. The General Tso chicken was very hard and tasted like it had been left over or sitting for a while. Same with the fried chicken wings. They were very dried out as if they had been old. I called the restaurant and spoke to a lady on the phone who told me they would remake the order. So I drove 20 mins from home, with the food to bring it back to the restaurant. When I arrived, the gentleman behind the counter was very rude and dismissive. He told me they couldn’t remake the order. When I tried to ask and understand the explanation of why he was refusing to remake it, he became very dismissive and told me to take my money back and go somewhere else. I was extremely disappointed and appalled at the way I was treated. I am local to the town and have been coming here for years. It seems like the service gets worse each visit. The food is hit or miss.

UPDATE: As I was sitting in my car trying to figure out what else we could do for dinner at 8pm on a Tuesday, the gentleman behind the counter called me back inside and offered to remake my food. Overall, this is the worst Chinese restaurant I’ve been to. The General Tso’s chicken was chewy, some parts were incredibly over cooked, and the rice was undercooked. My wife’s chicken fried rice was so greasy/oily that it went through the carton it came in, leaked through the bag, and left a soupy mess in the bowl she put it in. My daughters chicken and mixed vegetables should have been called chicken and onion with three little carrots, and her chicken was over cooked. I’ve never seen a place cook such bad food before. I ordered the black pepper chicken it was salting then in the container that I got with my food it was broken how can I trust them and know that there’s no plastic inside my food I’m really disappointed with this place.
