Let me start by saying the staff were extremely nice, I wish I could say the same about the communication and knowledge of employees. I called to get a price for my four wheeler battery. I was told a cheaper price than at the parts store I usually shop at so I went here after getting there I had different employee help me than who I spoke to on the phone both very nice He looked at the battery I brought in and went and got another one off of the shelf and gave me a different price than was originally told so I asked was he sure that was what I needed because it did not match the price I was given he said yes gave me a discount to match the price I was given and I left went home and the battery did not fit my four wheeler so I then called told them the issue. They said they did not have the battery I needed in stock that I would have to go to another store, which I did on the way there finding out it was farther than I realized. I called back to let them know that I was not impressed that it cost me more money and time than just buying from the part store across the street. They then put me on the phone with the manager, who apparently was the person who sold me the battery originally then let me know that the exact battery I brought in they did have and the one that I was headed to get was much more expensive when I told him his other employee told me they did not have the battery I needed and I would have to go to the other store. He then started questioning them and in tears hung up and told them I would figure it out myself. I am not saying to never shop here but definitely check your parts to save yourself a lot...
Read moreMy car had the engine light come on , I went to my local Autozone , I spoke with " Matt " he was very helpful ,he scanned my car and the reading indicated I needed a Mass Air Flow sensor. he was quick to check stock and found one in his inventory. I explained to Matt I was not good with cars and asked if it could be installed ? He said it is not an item that could be installed , I asked if he would look at the engine , he was able to install it . He did it in 5 minutes and saved my vacation .! The young man did not ever get off of his phone, he was on speaker with one of his friends, did not try to explain anything to me at all. Went across the street to AutoZone in a panic, these gentleman, John and Joe helped me out with everything, explained why my check engine light was on, and walked me threw everything I needed to fix the problem.
