Just went to buy a cake here and one of the workers was very helpful and telling me what filling each cake had. I needed someone to write happy birthday on the cake and she asked the worker that was with her and we were ignored.. the worked walked out so the one helping me said she guessed that was a no. I waited til that worker came back in and asked again and she told me to take a happy birthday banner to place on the cake that she knew would not even look good on the cake…. I told them I did not like it and was not taking it if she could please write on it instead. And I was ignored once again.. I don’t see why people go to work if they do not want to help. I thanked the one worker who at least tried to help me. You could tell by her face that she was embarrassed and couldn’t believe the other worker was ignoring us and didn’t want to write on the cake. Very Rude, Disrespectful, owner should know!!

We have been buying from here since it was opened. We know who the owner is and she’s no longer taking care of her business as before. Her employees are rude, ignore customers, and are unsanitary. I can understand people have to select their own bread, they use tongs to choose their bread and buy it. When I asked for a packet of tortillas I was rudely told to grab them myself from a cooler. I don’t mind but I wasn’t even given a bag and gloves were not provided like before. It’s disappointing when you have been buying from a places for many years specially a local business and get this kind of treatment. I can expect being ignored at other big stores, but didn’t expect it here. I was in line and also saw how other customers were rudely treated. Disappointing! …………….. Muy grosero, irrespetuoso, ¡el propietario debería saberlo!

Hemos comprado de esta panadería desde que se abrió. Sabemos quién es la dueña y ya no se ocupa de su negocio como antes. Sus empleados son groseros, ignoran a los clientes y no son higiénicos. Puedo entender que la gente tiene que seleccionar su propio pan, usan pinzas para elegir su pan y comprarlo pero creo que debería ver más sanidad. Cuando pedí un paquete de tortillas, me dijeron groseramente que las tomara yo mismo de una hielera. No me importa, pero ni siquiera me dieron una bolsa y no me dieron guantes como antes. Es decepcionante cuando eh estado comprando en un lugar durante muchos años, especialmente en un negocio local, y recibe este tipo de trato. Puedo esperar que me ignoren en otras grandes tiendas, pero no lo esperaba aquí. Estaba en la fila y también vi cómo trataban groseramente a otros clientes....
