India Express - Sweet & Spice — Restaurant in Fowler

I never write reviews but this time I had too.. For the record this was my ultimate favorite idian food restaurant until today. I placed my order through grub hub for pick up , once at the restaurant I told the owner I was there for pick up for an order for garlic nann, butter chicken and samosas. Like usual, then he went to the kitchen and came back empty handed and proceeded to ask me if it was plain nann and I said no, I proceeded to pull up my order on the grub hub to demonstrate my order did say garlic nann and sure enough it said garlic nann. The owner then proceeded to walk to the kitchen and 4 mins later brought out my food. Once I got home I opened up the nann bread and ripped off peice and I found 2 strans of hair in the nann bread !! It absolutely ruined my appetite and it almost seems intentionally given the weird occurrence before the food came into...

An family owned Indian grocery store and restaurant. It's very near to 99 North highway. You will get all the daily needs grocery and Indian spices here. The restaurant is not like most other Indian restaurants with buffet option, it's a la carte. Variety of vegetarian and non-veg options are available. The place is small and has few tables for dine in options. There is no staff as such but Uncle and Aunty are very good host, there hospitality is very good. Cleanliness is upto mark. My wife go to this restaurant at 8:30. She order 10 roti. He said okay. When they finished making roti, one guy told my wife “you are so late! You need to learn to make your own roti. We don’t take any orders after 8:30.” She said “I’m sorry, my husband wanted me to pick them up because he’s so tired after work.” And he said “yeah that’s happen sometimes.” Next day I call to ask him why he’s so rude to my wife?! Then he argue with me and try to lie to me about my wife. We usually like this place, they usually have good food and friendly service. But that one guy ruin our experience...
