I ordered through the mobile app, 5min ahead of my arrival. I arrived and they asked me to pull up to the next window because they were going to make me fresh fries, I obliged. After another 5min of waiting and 4 or 5 cars passing through (assuming with fries), I finally received my order. You guessed it, the fries were not fresh. Whats the point of the mobile app if I'm going to have to wait. I was forced to pull up because I assume they forgot about my mobile order and needed to buy some time under the veil of fresh fries.
