Honestly I have had some bad service in my life but this place is probably at the top of the list of worst customer service i've had. The app sent my order to the wrong location so i asked for the refund because I purchased the same order from the Mansfield location after i had found out the app send my order to the wrong location after I had selected the right one. I spoke with CJ on the phone texplainging the issue and told me I ordered wrong and was my fault and I was stupid for ordering wrong and then he began cursing me out. I asked the gentleman to stop and he swore at me and hung up. I tried to call back to coininue to work through and they blocked my number??? Who is this company and who is working at this store? I then called from a different number and the another gentleman answered and I explained the situation again and then he was extremely rude. I asked for if CJ was there and he said he clocked out and went home for the day which I think was a lie. I asked to speak with the manager and the gentleman on the phone said he was the owner and his name was Sam. He was extremely rude and condescending and can't beleive someone would ever act this way let a long some franchise owner. If I were Tropical Smoohie I would remove this franchisee and replace him with a new owner. Terribly dissapointed in Sam and Tropical Smoothie.    Read moreYesterday I ordered for myself and another employee at work. The promised time was 11:30. Time came and went...no food. I called the driver... the number was not in service. Eventually, the food showed up but the hot foods were cold and the smoothie was thawed out. I called the cafe and was told by the guy that answered that I would not only be refunded but the manager would call me back... no call, no refund. I called today to follow up with the manager and the "manager" Jack answered and gave me the runaround. The conversation with Jack on the phone was beyond unprofessional. He blamed the situation on not only new hires being trained but also the driver that picked up... Zero accountability! Also told me they don't do refunds. He was rude and raised his voice when I tried to explain. Again told me I would get a callback but this time from the GM Sam.... I highly doubt it will happen and am disgusted at how the entire situation went!! Absolutely the worst experience and I do not recommend this location to anyone!! The door dash driver didnât speak English so I could not communicate with him about the missing item. I called the store and the worker said I need to call tomorrow and speak to the manager. I called back today and the manager, Sam, told me âyou can Make up whatever stories you wantâ and the door dash driver left the store with the food and I need to contact corporate for a refund. Well I already contacted corporate and have to wait for a response. He also told me itâs ânot his problemâ This customer service is absolutely disgusting. Think twice about ordering from here not even because the delivery going awry but the absolute lack of professionalism on the customer service end. Extremely disappointing...
