I just moved from NY a year ago, Long Island. I don’t know where from NY their from but this….Ain’t it.

I honestly wouldn’t have written a review, but since I saw one of that employees spoken down to today and as a small business owner myself, I know that is not acceptable. So Regina you don’t know me girl, but this is for you:

This is what a $20 roll meal gets you at Kugel’s NY style deli: roll: (salami, honey turkey, American cheese, L&T, and mayo. They completely forgot the salt, pepper, vinegar). Drink: 8oz mango drink Chips: thought I get a choice of chips since they had a little selection but bodega Utz was the one that was chosen for me.

The bread broke before my teeth even came near. Anyone from NY will not accept this bread texture or taste to pass. Not to be rude but tastes like the bread from stop and shop. As you can see, as a New Yorker I made that mistake too.

Any NY deli that doesn’t use Boars Head or same standards would be hung. Don’t know what brand they used but it’s very comparable to the deli meats you would get from the school cafeteria or again from Stop & Shops deli refrigeration section that’s prepacked by Ocsar Mayers.

I did not finish the sandwich, what you saw bit is what actually was eaten before being thrown out.

Employee’s happy face and customer service other than Regina’s: 😐. ——————————————————— What happened with Regina? Well if you stuck me thing long here you go:

Only person that greeted me with a smile, was a sweetheart and had both of us laughing.

As she hands one of the tables ticket to the guy that took my order: Guy: “do they want a drink?” 😑 Regina: smiling over the counter “no they don't” Guy: “then write it. FT, it’s not that hard! It’s easy, write the FT.”

Now I don’t know how many times “she messed this up” or so forth. But as a customer when you see the employee that made you smile and laugh, frown and walk away with shoulders slumped, that’s not right.

Quality. Customer Service, and employment appreciation is low at...

Kugel's Deli is located right off of route 9, just a couple of minutes away from downtown Framingham and serves up some pretty authentic NY-style deli fare at a pretty affordable price. I've been there a couple of times and both experiences have been positive.

My go-to sandwich is and always will be the corned beef sandwich on white bread (I don't like rye bread) with some deli mustard. But they have a ton of other items for breakfast and lunch including all kinds of egg dishes like omelets and sandwiches as well as pancakes, sandwiches, wraps, soups and many more things. There's staples like noodle kugels, pastrami, corned beef and even latkes, kishke, knishes and liver & onions. All of the classics are covered, and they even have lunch specials Monday through Thursday.

I don't believe that I've seen anything priced above $10 there and the quality and value are great, which makes this place pretty damn awesome. Everytime I've been there, I also haven't been able to resist taking some of their fresh bagels to go.

The place is clean, the staff is friendly however it's also been hit or miss. They do hire local teens to help out and the service at times hasn't always been as good as one could have hoped; lack of menu knowledge especially but it's no big deal.

I'm a fan and will return, hopefully sooner rather than later. Oh and did I mention that they have Montreal smoked meat...

Hello my name is A, I am 16 months old and I recently dined in for breakfast here.... With my momma and our best friend She came here years ago and was hoping to get the same kindness and share a new experience with a great friend. We all love to go out to breakfast around the Natick, Framingham area making new regular go to diner spots. And make new memories for me to have an pass on to generations. But however this experience was far from what my mom expected. The waitresses , a blonde woman with curly hair and an older woman were both unpleasant, unwelcoming, not friendly and didn't smile once. I FELT UNWELCOMED AND UNWANTED,

SO I AM SHARING THIS COMMENT HOPEFULLY TO LET OTHER FAMILIES WITH BABIES no THEY WERE NOT NICE TO ME, OR TO MY MOM OR OUR BEST FRIEND. WE DONT FEEL WE ARE WELCOMED BACK AT ALL. THEY WERE RUDE. AND MEAN. My mom tried to pick up my mess I dropped sugar packets on the floor and the younger curly haired woman said forget it. Don't bother we have to throw them away. I am saddened for my mom because she works hard as a single mother to do everything she can for me and all she wanted was a nice breakfast and a great time...we did have fun with our great friend but we will never come back here. This was the only place that ever made us feel un...

This place has gone so down hill it's sad! I used to love it here but the last 2 times I've gotten takeout the quality has been horrible. Today was the final straw for me I won't be back. Ordered delivery and received 2 burnt side order of banana and a chocolate chip pancake and they taste and look like a dirty griddle. There is no way this would have been served in restaurant so it's disappointing that they think it's okay to send as a delivery because they won't face the customer. The side order of corned beef hash came undercooked in a pile of grease. By far worst food I've tasted in a long time. It was so bad our dogs wouldn't even eat the eggs or home fries and that says it all right there.

Quick, great value, and speedy service! I came in for a quick lunch in the go and Kugel's had everything I needed. I was in and out I. Less than 5 minutes of a Friday at noon. Inside was busy and the take out counter had no line. Everyone was friendly. I got the fresh turkey on marble rye with potato salad. When I got home, my sandwich was still warm, the turkey was moist, and everything held together in the short drive. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the potato salad - it was OK. I will definitely be coming back for breakfast soon!
