I’m a long time customer of sweet green & I am really disappointed in this location & with the company in general. I was so excited to go to the new location & when I stood there confused for at least a minute someone finally told me to order on the screen & that they could not take my order with them (odd, but I obliged) Realizing that I have a very unique order I tell them I would like to customize my order & was met with a sassy “we don’t do that here” & I say but that’s what I always get & she again, sassily says “at this location?” I then proceeded to say you guys just opened how would I have always ordered it this way from here you guys have been open for like 3 weeks. Then another kind younger girly pop walks up & explains that Sweet Green has fed into the corporate greed like many others. (She explained the robots, I am adding in dramatic details) I was shooketh to my core when I saw the portion sizes that the robots were giving I got my salad & when I was biting into it I was taking out clumps of salad by the handful!!! Read moreI usually do not review but the service from a single individual made me do it. I walked in around 8pm 9/30 and saw one person behind the counter, no nametag just a black shirt. After a mutually awkward staredown, this individual who I later found out was Dan, helped me decide what to order on the tablet.
I am a picky eater so I asked for the guac green bowl but no tortilla chips. I paid card and the process was smooth. At that point a skinny girl with big lips came by but did nothing. As Dan went to make the bowl, someone from the back yelled at him and told him to go clean something. I felt bad for him because he was only helping a customer but got in trouble for it?

Read moreMy sister was trying to order the cauliflower bowl and it was unavailable. Worker went back and forth saying the cauliflower was available. Then suddenly it was completely unavailable. Then came back and said it was available only if we ordered online on the mobile app. Long story short my sister ordered it online but it was placed at the wrong location, all the way in Boston (which we live nowhere close to). They said there was nothing they can do, no refund, no food. Never had a problem with them before the few times I went, but this experience was truly unacceptable...
