I'm a Chipotle fanatic, but this is hands down the worst Chipotle in Massachusetts first and foremost the people that work here are mostly disgusting they do not look professional at all they are slow they take orders slowly the line is usually way out the door.
They are also very unclean, I saw a guy spill salsa over the serving counter today, he reached into a disgusting bucket of water pulled out a dirty rag and used it to wipe the counter down, then used table napkins to dry it and went back to serving on that same counter without disinfecting it or his filthy hands. Gross.
They very frequently run out of major ingredients that I would consider essential to a Chipotle meal for example they would run out of guacamole very regularly they will run out of steak they will run out of certain sauces.
Finally the staff is relatively rude, they don't look you in the eye they are short and discourteou, half of them look high, and when you call them out one less than ideal behavior they refuse to take any responsibility for their shortcomings.
Compare this to the Chipotle in woburn for example at that location they look professional they treat you with respect they never run out of ingredients etc.
I honestly wish that corporate headquarters for Chipotle would shut down this franchise because it's giving the rest of their restaurants a terrible name this place is atrocious if you're hungry and you're in the Framingham area do not waste your time you're better off going to Moe's which is embarrassing to say the least cause they suck too.

Read moreI have been coming to this location for years and never experienced the disrespect I received tonight at 6:03 PM. The lady who was working on the line was very disrespectful to me, the lady in front of me, and the couple behind me. When each one of us was placing our orders she was giving everyone attitude, I simply asked “ To make my own bowl, and add brown rice, black beans and chicken”, she laughed with attitude and said “Make your own bowl what’s that?”, I then stated “instead of the pre-made bowls making my own”.
Continued giving me attitude with her tone and the way she was serving my food, slamming everything, and judging every thing I was ordering making me extremely uncomfortable to the point the couple behind me spoke up and even the lady in front of me spoke up and defended me. I was offended because I am ordering what I like and that money is going towards this business do not judge what I order, especially if you're there to do your job we all have tough days but to be inappropriate to the people who are ordering from your business is crazy. I am calling tomorrow morning to speak with the manager because this made me very upset and disappointed. Read moreI feel weird writing a review for Chipotle, but the staff were on fire tonight. First, I have to mention that this is the first Chipotle location that didn't give me a leaking bag. I usually remember asking to double bag in case. I have been to locations all over New England and this was a first! In terms of customer service, tonight the 6 pm rush had the crew managing everything perfectly, between the amount of people allowed in the store at a time, double checking names inside and outside when orders were ready, being polite and professional. At one point, the guy waiting next to me was leaning against a chair and the girl managing the orders asked him to please not sit on the chair because they technically cannot allow seating. I feel like whenever I ask someone to do something so simple, I am afraid people will get offended. But, she didn't hesitate at all. He just stood up and didn't seem bothered. I was impressed. I heard a manager in the back informing staff about new changes regarding covid, and she was direct with them, and I could tell that she took her job very seriously....
