Arby's — Restaurant in Frankfort

I would have to say that recently this place has gone from a steady 4 stars from me to barely holding down 2stars. I eat here often because it is across the street from where I live…. The last four times I’ve eaten here my food has been prepared wrong or they forgot something or their attitude is horrible and they don’t want to be there or doing their jobs. Last night not only was the food not good it was barely done and not to mention they didn’t put any of our sauces asked for into the bag and we went back to pick them up and instead of giving n us the sauces which cheese i paid 80cent for they proceeded to tell me their machines are off and down but yet I’d just driven round the building and who needs a machine to put sauces in the correct container and pass it out to me they chose to lie to my face and not serve what I paid for!!!! If someone doesn’t manage this place it’s going to shut itself down too quick to know what...

Don't know about Arby's as a corporation, but all other locations should take hints from this one. I almost felt like I was at a restaurant not fast food. The staff are so nice. The manager is awesome. She always remembers me and my wife when we come in. Yes, I order and smash the MEAT MOUNTAIN COMBO in five minutes, so I'm hard to forget... Either way, they are the best. Food is always fresh and hot. My wife usually has to rebuild a sloppy sandwich, but this Arby's doesn't ever present her the challenge. The only downside is Arby's Corporate, you need to lower prices just a little. I could eat here everyday. Just can't afford to lol. Plus, fix this locations bell. Bought 2 Large Jamicha Shakes and I noticed that there's something different with the way they look. There was NO Chocolate look about and NO Chocolate drizzle on top. Looked like a plain vanilla shake. The manager on shift assured me that is was MADE RIGHT. So I went home and looked up the picture on your website, load behold the shake was NOT made right. So I called 5o talk5to her. She was very rude as she continued to say she made it right. When I mention the Chocolate drizzle, then she tells me they're out of product. Now I m a manager as well at a restaurant and as a manager it is our duty to make customers happy and not to treat rudely.
