Potbelly — Restaurant in Frankfort

This was my first time going to Potbelly's and i have to say I was not impressed. I ordered through the app a cup of soup and a sandwich. I waited 15 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. There were no patrons at the register and only 2 customers seated in the dining area. I was told I arrived too early and wasn't expected for another 20 mins. She told me it would be a minute. So I did patiently wait and while I did I watched as others went to the counter order food and leave. 4 customers came and went. Again I ordered a cup of soup and a sandwich nothing complicated. When the young lady brought my food 20 mins later. I asked was I not suppose to order from the app. Usually mobile apps allow for quick in and out. She told me no the apps better for catering or big orders. Regardless of the fact I did not see on the app that it's for large orders. Common sense would say if a customer is there and there are no others shouldn't you...

Edit: 10/6/22: I emailed them a few weeks ago and they never replied. Potbelly has really just lost all the sparkle they once had.

Went thru the drive thru on 9/17/22 at 2:09pm and they didn't put any chicken salad on my sandwich. I ordered two sandwiches (made one a meal), one turkey and one chicken salad. I went to eat it and realized I was either eating the least filled sandwich ever or they forgot to put the chicken salad on my sandwich. I can't believe it, I've never experienced anything like this before. It's almost comical. There was only my toppings and cheese on the bread. So, I tried calling the store and it just rang continuously. I attempted to contact Potbelly on their website and the site doesn't let me even choose a location. I just want my money back for my sandwich considering it is just bread, cheese, lettuce, mayo, mustard, oil and seasoning. I couldn't go back to the store because I'm on my lunch break....

Visit was afternoon on 08/04/24 after 2pm: I will never visit this location ever again!! The girl who was working the drive thru was very unprofessional and an overall B**! That’s how mad I am!

I specifically told her my order without cheese. Once I got the order, the sandwich was labeled having cheese on it. I had to get her attention and told her the mistake. I was calm and didn’t have an attitude. She rolled her eyes and grabbed the sandwich without no apology whatsoever. Waited for almost 10 minutes while the employees were talking like it’s a joke/social hour. I was given the sandwich without no apology and an awful attitude! That girl should be fired! Now I see why this store has an awful reputation! So disappointing and just disgusting. I also know people who work and investing restaurants/diners with sanitation and services.
