Last night, I decided to swing by the Starbucks drive-thru just 5 minutes before closing time. I placed my order and when I reached the window, I politely asked if I could add a cheese danish to my order. To my surprise, the employee informed me that they couldn't sell me anything because they were close. I tried to explain that I just wanted the cheese danish without it being heated up, but before I could finish my sentence, she rudely cut me off, stating that they were closed.
I understand that it may have been inconvenient for them to prepare another item so close to closing time, but the way she spoke to me was quite off-putting. I typically try not to leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it's important to highlight the importance of good customer service, especially in today's competitive market. Finally, it seemed like they were upset because they had to prepare a drink right before closing time, and as a result, my iced latte wasn't made correctly. Sadly, the coffee flavor was barely noticeable in my drink. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I believe it's crucial for the company to address instances like these to ensure a positive experience for...
Read moreI frequented this particular Starbucks nearly every weekday morning for 7 months. Once in a while, the mobile order was slow or completely missed. Understandable. But there came a week where every day, the order was placed 15 minutes out and still wasn't ready, four days in a row. 😲 I didn't have time to wait on morning 4 and was refunded the difference to the card. The fifth morning, same thing, but this time, the cashier was only going to refund $4.50 on a $8.53 order because I didn't have my card. No point in placing mobile orders when I have to wait longer than the person who placed an order in the store when I walked in. Learned to place them about 15 minutes out with this store. I honestly think this particular Starbucks is grossly understaffed or mismanaged. I haven't been back to any Starbucks since that morning. Had enough. Just support my...
Read moreTo start off when ordering I couldn’t hear a thing, the microphone was messed up. Second, I always get the same thing everyday so I know what to expect when I get my coffee, I pay $7.69 for a coffee and I always ask for extra caramel drizzle and it’s always all over the walls of the cup and on top and it’s delicious!! But when I ask for extra caramel drizzle and I’m PAYING for it and I get ZERO caramel which made the drink taste nasty in my opinion, I’m not very happy. I did mention it to the guy before he handed it to me and I watched them just add a little to the top. I work on the west side and drive way out of my way to get a coffee I would like it to be what I’m paying for. Definitely missing the west side Starbucks! I gave two stars at least because the guy that takes my order is always in...
