Ming's Garden just added seafood to the menu and it is scrumptious! Yesterday I had the Snow Crabs and Lobster Tail with Lemon Pepper sauce (my mouth is watering just writing about it)šŸ˜‹šŸ˜ŠšŸ˜‹ I enjoyed it so much today I tried the Calamari, Lobster Tail and Snow Crab but this time in Trio sauce and it was succulent. I'm happy about Ming's delicious seafood and I recommend visiting Ming's soon to enjoy the new seafood menušŸ‘šŸ¼šŸ˜‹

Easily best Chinese in South Brunswick. Don’t know why it’s so under the radar. Chicken wings rival any fried chicken anywhere. High level wontons in the soup. Egg foo young top notch. Sesame chicken fantastic. Seafood boil real deal. Call/order from their website. Much cheaper. Do not sleep on Mings Garden. PS - best dumplings in the game.

I can see why the reviews are not consistent and pretty varied. I ordered the fried rice and chicken wings for $10.60 and they only came with about 3 wings and 2 drumsticks. Very expensive considering the amount of food provided, but the food was cooked well. The the owner said she’s been there a long time so I guess that was consoling.

Good service and fast. But the food itself was not. The food was rancid. Chinese take out is not necessarily known for the highest of quality of food so I always adjust my expectations when I order take out.this place served us rancid food. The food simply tasted old. The meat especially had a taste that was indicative of close to rotting meat or maybe it was just old meat. The rice for sure was old. As a Asian that eats rice regularly, I know when rice is bad. They should have not served that rice. The rice smelled bad and had a texture of bad rice (easily smushed). We are not picky eaters and we enjoy all ranges of food. But We had to throw away our $38 worth of food. At this point it's more of a health safety concern. I am tempted to reporting this place to department of health and better business Bureau. I truly hope this place improves. But for now...

The owner Ming was very friendly. It was my first visit so ordered the egg drop soup as well as pepper chicken. My mistake was to order the large portion and I had to power my way through as the portion sizes were large. The food was served fresh and hot. I liked the soup which tasted great even without condiments but I am so used to putting soy sauce that not doing so felt like a cardinal sin. The boiled rice were warm and moist making them fresher than what I have eaten at most Chinese restaurants. My only nit pick is that my dish had a lot of bell peppers and onions so much so that I got tired of eating that I only ate the chicken and discarded half of my curry dish. In my head I was equating pepper to black pepper not bell pepper. It would be nice to have some description of items but with such a large menu, I think it's difficult...

One of my absolute favorite places to eat! Every time I come here, the experience is consistently top-notch. The restaurant is always spotless—from the dining area to the kitchen (which you can even catch a glimpse of from the counter—it’s always clean and organized). That level of attention to cleanliness is something I really appreciate.

The customer service is just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and welcoming every single time. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do, and it makes the whole experience feel personal and comfortable.

Now let’s talk about the food—incredible quality and absolutely delicious. Every dish I've tried has been flavorful, fresh, and made with care. You can taste the love in every bite. If you're looking for a spot that delivers on cleanliness, service, and taste, this is it....
