Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Franklin Township

Absolute horrible experience with my online order. My son which is 8 was supposed to get a quesadilla with just cheese and beans and received one with peppers onions and corn. That wasnt an issue we figured we would just call and they would rectify it. We called and someone picked up gave my wife a hard time then I went on the phone and then another woman came on and said oh ok well take care of it. I asked if she needed my number and she said oh yea. She took my number and nothing ever happened after that. We were expecting a replacement for the mistake. So i called about an hour later and asked for a manager and the guy on the phone says oh theres no manager here only employees. I told him my issue and he says i make you one now you come get it. Ummmm how bout not cause i just paid 50$ for an online order and i shouldn't have to come pick up something. He wound up hanging up on me after I was frustrated with the order. Honestly I get the mistake but to call and someone lead me to believe they are gonna fix the issue and never respond is beyond me. We will never ever eat here again...

Special shout to Manuel Lopes(z)with his unprofessional self. Previous , friendly staff seems to be missing in action or may be off today but then again I have not been there in months and I should not judge the staff by 1 bad apple but you know o e bad can indeed spoil the whole bunch. Either he has been working long hours or he just doesn't want to be therr or just was not trained on how to provide face to face quality customer service. Asked him to add a little more chicken and he said $1.50 is extra, asked him to show me so I said never mind and as I left he shouted "Thanks for wasting my time" and patrons heard and turned around. With that said you do not have to worry about me wasting Moe's time again. Portion he was giving me was from the kiddie menu. Took the trek to exit 5 Piscataway instead to Chipotle. Picture attached shows the extra $1.50 scoop to add to the existing portion. Thanks...

Today would be the second time Since moving to this area I went to this location. I wanted to give them a second chance, as me and my daughter went pre pandemic and the food was horrible. Well again I sat and watched them prepare my food and slid burrito after burrito down the counter than take that burrito and place it in the bag right on top of your chip's. I asked the lady at the counter to please not do that with my order a d place my burrito un a separate bag, and sure enough she did it. I made hwr give me another bag of chips. Get hime and my food is a portion of a child and things are nissing frim my bowl. I go back and the man behind the counter is completely rude. I ask him to make me a fresh bowl with no Guacamole, as I don't eat it. He stated he could scoop it off... I said you can either give me my money or make me a fresh bowl.
