Do yourself a favor and go to normal Starbucks. Way to incompetent people are working at here. Thats happened today at 12 30 pm. I said can I please have dark roast coffee. And she heard me gave me pike place. When I said I told you dark roast start to thrown tantrums and shaking her head left and right. I was like what’s going on ? I just want my coffee. Very rudely said oh you Che have this. Then just didn’t brew it in right way just pour the coffee in the cup direct from dispenser. So I said no it’s not the right way you supposed to serve it. Then again start to be like what’s going on ? Way too incompetent. Way too rude.when i told her you are rude. she gave me smirk and nodding like yeah i know it. so what ? very unprofessional and disrespectful service.
