Arby's — Restaurant in Franklin

The guy at the counter was on his phone when I came in. Greeted him, I got a barely audible hi. I asked about chicken salad sandwich and was told it was seasonal. Ok, I understand that, order Turkey, bacon ranch instead. Ask for a cinnamon Carmel shake. Nope, shake machine doesn’t work. Take just the sandwich. As I’m leaving I see all the fingerprints on the front door. Maybe that phone time could be used cleaning and restocking the straws. Sandwich was good but pretty skimpy...

one of the the managers, i think her name was Bri, was extremely nasty towards me and my family. I asked to see a manager and she comes out, already having attitude, asking what the matter was and when i told her that i hadn’t received a couple of items in my order, she proceeded to roll her eyes and started smirking like the whole conversation was funny. I ended up getting my whole order but her professionalism was seriously the worst. hire better...

Went through the drivethru. Had to pull up and wait(which is fine) the guy that brought out our food was rude as hell. Then my moms chicken in her wrap was RAW. go to return food and get a refund. She tries to put the refund back on my 25$ visa gift card😒 i wait then check it... obviously it didn't go back on it. Just all around horrible until the manager helped us. He was cool and just gave me cash refund like the caahier should...
